    Interview Format
    1. Niagara Region CAO Written Submission
    Please address the following five questions in a written submission no longer than 500 words in total.
    Please submit the written assignment by the end of Monday, October 10th to us.
    How would you:
    • Bring economic opportunities to enhance prosperity in the Niagara Region?
    • Encourage economic development?
    • Implement Niagara Region’s strategic plan?
    • Measure success?
    • Build and maintain relationships among the Chair, Council, senior staff and municipalities within
    the Region?

    2. Presentation to the Selection Committee


    In a 10 to 12-minute presentation, summarize your perspective on economic development in the
    Niagara Region? Please bring 7 copies of your presentation Wednesday to share with the Selection
    Committee Members. This presentation will begin the 45-60 minute discussion with the Committee.
