MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE [PRO-COR EMPUC], unto this Honorable Office,
respectfully avers—

POLICE REGIONAL OFFICE-CORDILLERA EMPLOYEES MULTIPURPOSE


COOPERATIVE [henceforth referred to as PRO-COR EMPUC for brevity] is a multi-
purpose cooperative duly organized under prevailing Philippine laws, registered with the
Cooperative Development Authority with CDA Registration No. 9520-150 and with
principal office address at Camp Dangwa, Alapang, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines. It
is represented in this Petition by its Manager and Authorized Representative, FELIX A.
JUGUILON, as per the Board Resolution hereto attached as ANNEX A and made an
integral part hereof.

PRO-COR EMPUC is the true, lawful, and registered owner of parcels of land
located at Barangay Tawang, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines, covered by Transfer

PRO-COR Housing Subdivision Project at Barangay Tawang, La Trinidad, Benguet,
Philippines established by PRO-COR EMPUC under the auspices of the Group Land
Acquisition Program and Development Program [GLAD] of the Home Mutual
Development Fund [HDMF] also known as Pagtutulungan sa Kinabukasan: Ikaw, Bangko
Industriya at Gobyerno [PAG-IBIG].

It has been deemed by PRO-COR EMPUC that consolidation and subdivision of


the parcels of land covered by the abovementioned titles would be highly advantageous
for the beneficiaries of the PRO-COR Housing Subdivision Project.
