Our Company
Quality Machinery, Parts & Service
World Packaging Company is a bottle filler engineering company based in Summerville, South Carolina
(USA), founded by former technical and engineering employees of the Geo J. Meyer Company based in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
We are dedicated to improving the basic Meyer filler through retrofitting and supplying the highest quality
parts available with over 45 years of manufacturing, engineering, and service experience. We also provide
remanufactured Meyer fillers with all the latest upgrades to fill at the speeds of newer machines for a fraction
of the cost.
Our on-site machine shop and large inventory of quality spare parts are available to quickly turnaround any of
your emergency requirements. We are in close proximity to the Charleston International Airport (CHS) which
allows for immediate delivery of in-stock pieces and machinery. Our technical staff can assist in evaluating and
equipping your filler with upgrade kits that can improve its speed, fill levels, and maintenance costs.
We would be happy to supply your next requirement for Meyer parts, conversions, upgrades, and service.

Tri-Star Conversions
Our Stainless-Steel Lift Cylinder Conversion for the Meyer 52-65-78 Tri-Star fillers consists of an all-welded stainless-
steel cylinder, stainless-steel guide and piston rods, Delrin® bushings and pistons, and rubber U-cups. These heavy-
duty, non-corrosive materials help minimize wear to the cylinders while keeping the cylinder lift constant and precise.
This is a must when using PET containers. Older models of the fiberglass cylinders lose their efficiency and require more
maintenance once they are worn down.
For years, our staff has continuously strived to improve

in seconds, therefore maximizing filling time and minimizing
product loss.
The Pneumatic Bowl and Capper Elevation Conversion takes one technician to complete the
changeover, whereas the older system required two people to raise the bowl and capper. By utilizing special
jacks, shafts, couplings and pneumatic motors, we have eliminated the old hand cranks. Now, your technician
can simply move the lever in the specific direction in which adjustment is needed.
Moreover, by our strategic positioning of the control levers, the technician can adjust the bowl or capper
with one hand while monitoring the height adjustments and bottle clamp with the other. By implementing
our elevation conversion systems, you are guaranteed to lower your changeover time while lowering your
maintenance costs.
Our specialized brackets have practically halved the amount of time it takes to change over products and
make final adjustments. The old system requires all sprockets and chains to be adjusted. However, our
system allows you to make adjustments without disassembling the infeed system. By reducing the number
of sprockets and the matching chains in the gearbox, changeovers take less time and manpower, therefore
lowering maintenance costs.
Our Closed Loop System was designed to maintain constant air pressure to the lift cylinders. This system
provides a smooth and constant lift as bottles enter the filler. Also, the system provides the customer with two
bonus features: first, it eliminates the need for unreliable and costly spool valves and second, prevents the
expulsion of contaminates into the air from the air lift cylinders using the old system.
We designed centering devices to precisely align the bottle to the snift block. We do this by using a centering
device uplift cam that controls the placement of the centering bell on the bottle as it travels through the filler.
While achieving complete bottle control, we eliminated the need for grippers, backrests, and neck supports.
This in turn saves your company money on replacement parts and time spent on maintenance.
