REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Only a parent, using his or her email, may register a student for a trip.
2. A headshot photo of your child must be uploaded during the booking
process. Photos will be used for chaperone information on the trip.
3. Be ready to make your deposit payment by Discover, Mastercard or
Visa.
Eligibility
This tour is open to all students enrolled in the Oswego East High School Choir.
Students must be in good standing and meet all school requirements to be eligible for
a field trip. Students will be accompanied by approved chaperones.
Reservations
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis with the payment of a
$300 booking deposit. The payment schedule is as follows:
Due: September 14, 2018 $250 per person booking deposit
Due: November 9, 2018 $300 payment per person
Due: January 11, 2019 $300 payment per person
Due: February 8, 2019 Final Payment
In order to complete your online registration you must pay the $250 booking deposit
at the time of registration. It is expected that you will follow the payment schedule as
outlined. Fundraising is due 2 weeks prior to each payment and will be posted to your
account once received in the Entourage Management office.
Mastercard & Visa are accepted for payments. Credit card charges will show up as
EBX*Entoura2708421148. Any fees incurred from chargebacks (denied charges) will
be passed along to your account.

Once you’ve created your registration account you will be able to go back in to make
payments, view your purchases, update preferences and see any email communication
that has been sent to you.
Pricing & Inclusions Adjustments
Tour pricing is subject to a minimum number of paying participants on the trip. We
may need to make adjustments to the trip inclusions should the group not meet their
required minimum numbers. If the group exceeds the required minimum, we’ll make
adjustments to add in additional inclusions or decrease the trip pricing as applicable.
Accommodations & Rooming List
All Hilton Garden Inn guest rooms feature rooms with 2 queen beds, a hair dryer, iron
& ironing board, remote-control cable TV, coffee maker, and free internet. Students
will be accommodated at quad occupancy. The hotel also has an indoor pool. Students
will select roommates in December for the trip.

Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver Program
This program waives the cancellation penalties and non-refundable fees involved in
your trip in the event that you need to cancel for documented illness, death in the
immediate family, or emergency type situation that will be handled on a case-by-case
basis. To qualify for this program, you must purchase it at the time of registration.
Cost: $59 per person, non-refundable
