The American International Commercial Arbitration Court is a non-governmental, independent, institutional arbitration tribunal established and operating in accordance with the rules of international law, the U.S. Federal law and the laws of the separate U.S. States, interstate agreements on international commercial arbitration, as well as the Statute, the Regulation “On the American International Commercial Arbitration Court” and the Rules of the Arbitration Court.
