Ensure that sites are visited as appropriate prior to tender finalization.
Ensure appropriate and sufficient enquiries for materials and

Attend internal and external Pre-commencement Contract Meetings
Prepare/assist with enquiries to be sent to Subcontractors and evaluate
tenders on return, interview and negotiate with them if necessary, discuss
potential problems and advise the Contract/Project Manager in placing a
Subcontract Order

Reviewing the contract and confirming if the contract is as per the tender,

Preparing the exact budget for the project and conveying the allowable
expenses to the execution team. Monitoring the expenses and making sure
that expenses does not go over budget. Preparing and getting the
Post-Contract variations approved. Preparing the Payment Certificates for the Sub-
Contract works. Verifying the PCs from the Client. Preparing the Invoices
for the Client. Approving the LPOs keeping in mind of the expenses and
specifications. Making the budget revisions if and when required.

Getting the appropriate technical documents to be used approved from the

Scheduling the execution of the project as per the requirements of the


Planning Client, Consultant and Main Contractor and keeping in line with the budget
