RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE MAYOR MAURICIO G. DOMOGAN FOR THE

PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) COMPUTER SET FOR THE USE OF LOWER QUIRINO HILL
BARANGAY FROM THE COMPUTER SETS DONATED TO THE CITY IN LINE WITH THE
MODERNIZATION PROGRAM BY VIRTUE OF THE SISTERHOOD OF THE CITY OF GONGJU,
SOUTH KOREA AND THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF BAGUIO.

WHEREAS, the City Government of Baguio in sisterhood with the City of Gongju, South Korea, was
recipient of One Hundred (100) computer sets as part of the modernization program of the two cities.

WHEREAS, the computer set is an important office equipment that is necessary in the conduct of public
service in Lower Quirino Hill Barangay;

WHEREAS, as of the moment, only one (1) computer set is operational in Lower Quirino Hill Barangay as
the barangay has no appropriation to such from the annual and supplemental budget.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of all, duly seconded, be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, that this body now assembled in session, RESPECTFULLY
REQUEST THE HONORABLE MAYOR MAURICIO G. DOMOGAN FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE
(1) COMPUTER SET FOR THE USE OF LOWER QUIRINO HILL BARANGAY FROM THE COMPUTER
SETS DONATED TO THE CITY IN LINE WITH THE MODERNIZATION PROGRAM BY VIRTUE OF THE
SISTERHOOD OF THE CITY OF GONGJU, SOUTH KOREA AND THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF
BAGUIO.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished at the Office of the Hon. Mauricio G.
Domogan, City Mayor of Baguio, and Department of Interior and Local Government Baguio City Field
Office for their information and appropriate action.
