Introduction

The creation of a new technology will certainly give the impression to health. The use of smart
phones (smartphones) is increasingly popular among Malaysians. The smart phone refers to a
mobile phone that features advanced and continuous computing features as compared to a
regular call telephone. Smartphones allow users to install sophisticated apps in them based on
phone launches like Symbian, Android, iOS or Windows Phone. In addition, smart phones also
use a control system that provides a single introduction to application coaching.In the old days,
this smart phone was only able to be used by corporate citizens and business experts who
triumphed, but now smart phones are also capable of university students in Malaysia. Through
smart phones, students may contact the father's mother, friends and devotees in addition to
hearing voices, seeing the face and access to the various informations needed to perfect the task.

Mobile phones are an important tool in the era of globalization especially in adolescents. In the
era of the telecommunications and multimedia technology revolution without this had been, the
mobile phone was used extensively within the society. In an earlier time, mobile phone guidance
is considered a fancy things that can not be owned by most people other than its large form is
difficult to carry. However, once we enter a new era, mobile phone increased tub mushrooms
grow after the rain caused the price is much cheaper than the smaller and happy to be taken
everywhere. Nowadays, not all of the world's population have at least one mobile phone. School
students are also not left behind in the race to pursue sophistication even there are also who have
had a call. If refined, the use of guidance phones within the classroom brings various
implications to the students. The issue is whether the implications will be accepted by the
students if they use mobile phones wisely or otherwise. This widespread use of mobile phones
has proven that this technology is about adolescence and the negative impacts that arise. Mobile
phones have become a form of self-defense that must be owned by a gentleman. The power of
cell phones often attracts teenagers so that there is no resistance to hunger or work when school
children are solely for a better mobile phone. The situation is that many people think cell phones
have become a waste but are still flattering the importance of this mobile phone.

Indeed, it can’t be denied that the use of guidance phones provides many benefits to the
students. One of the good things that is meant is that the guidance phone allows us to contact
friends or relatives especially those who are away in the overseas with ease. We can call the
dearest people to cultivate the longing with the less expensive cost. Moreover, with 4G
technology, we can make video calls, deliver messages (SMS) or Multidrons of Multimedia
Order (MMS) to loved ones. In fact with the application Whatsapp and Telegram, we may
contact relatives and best friends useless where we are. Such technology is very important for
treat longing in addition to establishing friendship in the circle of relatives and also friends.
Without a mobile phone call, we are forced to use public telephones outside the country to call
their family expert. In other words, we need to appreciate the usage of the mobile phone as it
affirms to strengthen the relationship. By such a case, the use of guidance phones by the learners
can certainly establish the bonding of friendship between family experts like content with nails
even though living far apart. Be assertive that the guidance phone is a memorable medium as a
means of communication between the student and his family expert also with peers.

In addition, the use of guidance phones also help a lot in daily communication. We no longer
need to bother to go to somebody's house to share or communicate. Not only that, the safety of
an individual person will also be more secure because the mobile phone is easy to use for calling
the policyholder or anybody just in the anxiety. In fact, there are now many smart phone
applications that allow the mother of the father to impress the position of their children so they
know where their children are. Since then, there have been many instances where individuals,
especially teenagers, suddenly disappear and family or associate experts have by virtually
informed and prey images through Whatsapp or Facebook to ask for the help of the crowd. They
will share the news and not until 1 minute of news and images of lost prey will spread
throughout Malaysia.

Maternity counseling about lessons or home work can also be done more easily with the phone
guidance. Through mobile phone guidance, we may be social with anybody, regardless of place,
time and age. This phenomenon causes people are not interested to use solemn orders (sms) or

prefer to 'whatsapp' from ber 'facebook'. With the information freely distributed through
'whatsapp', it is useful to use this channel for more useful matters. 'Whatsapp' may bring good if
clever use of it. As a student, preparing assignments given by the teacher is an important duty for
a learner. In the same time, there are students who need to be outside the school area to have
their school name accompanying the various games recommended by the Position or Education
Ministry. This causes the student can not participate in teaching and learning activities at school.

Therefore, the learner will contact his friend via a mobile phone to inquire about the tasks that
need to be prepared not to be in school. Indirectly, all important matters conveyed by teachers
when students are not allowed to attend school can be known immediately through the use of
guidance phones. Culture of help-help is like the same weight borne, the same light handled
between school students can also be nurtured among the students. In summary, the use of
guidance phones within the learner can ease their learning affairs. In addition, mobile phone
guides also facilitate the students to carry out their project tasks. They may look for related
materials such as pictures, informational information and videos about the projects they review.
All of this indirectly fills the student's mind with new editors that can not be obtained from
school textbooks. For example, for the subject of history, learners may show pictures of
historical relics and storytelling to include in their project writing.

The use of smart phones such as video games, surfing the Internet and so on indirectly can
overcome the quality of sleep. Addiction to social media for example will lead to the nature of
the night watch and ultimately lead to problems of sleep deprivation and fatigue. Too dependent
on technology will cause short-term memory to be less memorable. Any status and performance
that we see in Facebook's 'newsfeed' as an example, may affect one's mood. He can be a negative
stance and cause feelings of jealousy when viewing pictures and reading about the status of
others.

Unfortunately, besides the virtues of the mobile phone, there is a shrimp on the other side of the
stone behind its use. This is so because the mobile phone can give negative impact to its users.
Unbound guided phone usage may result in enforcement. This is said so because teenagers like
me a new age of a year corn, new blood an areca nut , also want to have the latest model of
mobile phones when see other friends also have it. Not only that, there are also students are
forced to bear the phone bills are expensive because often calling and boast with a friend despite
knowing the pay rate. Actually, they should measure the clothes on their own bodies and do not

before you run out. Therefore, the learner must reduce the use of the guidance phone in order to
circumvent the wastage.

The use of guidance phones in the learner circles is an example of their lesson. This is true
because students using guided telephones without guardians can teach academic achievement
among students to decline. This is indeed serious because education is the core of the power of
society to be able to compete with the global market in the era of globalization that deserves to
change. For example, learners have neglected their lessons as the focus of the learner during
teaching and learning has diminished. According to the study, the average young generation is
using smart phone apps to navigate through developer pages and cyber apps so it's hooked.
Implicitly, the academic achievement of the students will degenerate due to lack of initiative and
the burning passion of the ax-shifting after the addiction in the guidance of the mobile phone
increasingly sophisticated .. They often send messages to friends for empty talk. In addition, we

are often struck by the problem of "couples" that apply in school. The use of guidance phones
within the learner will cause the problem again. In addition, if students bring guided phone calls
to school, they will not concentrate on learning but with video games. They are also forced to
assume the risk of losing telephony guides. It is clear that the addictive use of mobile phone in
the learner will upset their academic achievement.

Continuing than the above stated descriptions, the use of the guidance phone may also exclude
the student's attention. Between the bad impression of illness that may be an obstacle to students
if the obsession of this technological obsession is continued without any is Insomnia where the
use of smart phones such as video games, navigate the Internet and so indirectly may improve

firmly demolished. We are ready to understand that germs may lead to various diseases. So make
sure you clear your smart phone as gently as possible to circumvent us giving space to various
types of self-attacking diseases. In addition, mobile phone guidance will issue a wave when we
answer the phone and will disrupt the function of the brain's nerves that cause cancer or cancer.
Finally, the student should not use the guidance phone. As the saying goes, the old regret of

as facebook, twitter, instagram and keek rather than doing more useful things.

It turns out that all mobile phones contain radioactive waves. Having a long conversation on the
phone is not good to the health. Radioactive waves rather than mobile phones will enter brain
cells during a conversation. Because of it, parents must take reasonable action to "prevent before
bad". To deal with the issue of overuse cell phone usage, the father's mother needs to be wise and
careful like "pulling hair in the flour". This attitude is reasonable to be taken so as not to cause
any conflict between adolescents with the parents. The gentle advice and illumination of mobile

adolescent.

As a formula, parents who need to rescue teenagers rather than addicted to guidance phones.
Giving the use of counseling phones in adolescents leads to status rather than a necessity, the

problem will be as good as the first teenager uses his / her bimbit phone. We as human beings
should be masters of technological tools and not vice versa.

3.0 Conclusion

In conclusion, the use of guidance phones within the learner brings more bad impression than
good impression. Students should take advantage of goodness and avoid the ugliness of the use
of mobile phones because it is a good example, a bad border. Students should also be reminded
to use a wireless connection on campus as a looming instrument of academic glory rather than
wasting it.As the saying goes, the handful of coals of fire let it be charcoal, in fact, concrete,
systematic and pragmatic steps need to be carried out by all parties in a sustainable manner and
not just to warm up the chicken dung to eradicate the problems that arise from the use of tail
guidance mobile phone as well as giving birth to adolescents who are insightful for the youth of
