Project Description: This project is based on controlling the vehicle wirelessly through a
help of an RF transmitter using a micro controller board name called Atmel 89C51

Area of Handling:-

 Planning and Erection of Press Machines and Spot Welding machines.

 To plan and ensure regular servicing of all major utilities.
 To guide and troubleshoot issues with spot welding machines, press machines and various other
SPM’s, JIGS, Fixtures etc.
 Plan and allocate resources to ensure uninterrupted preventive and line breakdown activities.
 Responsible for completion of all preventive and breakdown activities on shift basis.

Trouble Shooting:-

 Troubleshooting issues with MIG Welding machines (Colton, Migatronics, Mogora, Indus Arc,
Arc-zone, Panasonic - make machines)
 Troubleshooting issues with Spot Welding machine controllers. (NASH, ASIATIC- make)
 Troubleshooting issues in Spot welding machine microcontroller Programming.
 Troubleshooting issues with press machine control panels.
 Responsible for testing and maintenance of 800 KVA transformer.
