ABSTRACT
The present investigation was oriented to make a diagnosis of
the culture and the labor commitment of the teachers, of the
I.E. Dos de Mayo, Puerto Maldonado 2017, will be the starting
point for the institution to plan activities that benefit the
administrative staff.
The research is of a basic type, with a descriptive and cross-
sectional descriptive design, the main objective was to
determine the level of relationship between the organizational
culture and the labor commitment of the teachers, of the I.E.
Dos de Mayo, Puerto Maldonado year 2017,
Once the antecedents and the theoretical foundation
supporting the research were established, detailed and
detailed descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was
carried out, as well as hypothesis testing using the Pearson R
statistic, concluding that the teachers of the I.E. Dos de Mayo,
Puerto Maldonado, have the perception that the organizational
culture and work commitment in this management is good.
On the other hand, organizational culture and work
commitment show a direct and significant correlation, which
reaches an index of 0.772 for Pearson's R coefficient; what
amounts to affirming based on the coefficient of determination
that with a significance of less than 5%, labor commitment
depends on 52.1% of the organizational culture.
