Comment to Opposition
With Notice of Appearance

Please enter appearance of the undersigned as counsel

for the complainants in this case. Henceforth, kindly address
all pertinent notices to the undersigned at the address given
below.

Complainants, by and through the undersigned counsel,

with all due respect submits this Comment to Opposition with
Notice of Appearance.

Complainants, through their counsel, received

Comment/Opposition from respondents to their Motion for
Execution and Release of Cash Bond on July 19, 2008.
Alleging among others that the pendency of their prayer for
TRO before the Honorable Court of Appeals.

Indeed the respondents filed their Petition with TRO,

however, the same was already resolved by the Honorable
Court of Appeals denying the issuance of a TRO. Copy of the
Resolution is attached hereto as Annex “A”.
Thus, there is no clear reason for this Honorable RAB to
defer from taking appropriate actions to the Motions filed by
complainants.

Wherefore, considering the above premises, may we pary

with all due respect that the appearance of the undersigned be
noted and the issuance of writ of execution pending the
petition for certiorari filed by respondents.

Other relief just and equitable are also prayed for.
