1.0 Chairman’s Opening Remarks

1.1 The Chairman thanked all of the teachers for the attendance.
1.2 The Chairman congratulated all the teachers for the success and excellence in all
activities in 2016.

2.0 Confirmation of Minutes

2.1 The minutes of the last meeting were noted and approved

3.0 Implementation Of PdPc and Books

3.1 The Chairman emphasized the importance of writing the PdPc for every lesson.
3.2 All of the teachers should make use of the activity book provided by school.
3.3 Pupils’ writing book should be checked regularly.
3.4 Exercise should be according to pupils’ needs.
Action : All English teachers
4.0 Exam Analysis Report
4.1 Chairman read out the analysis report for end year examination and UPSR results for
2016.
4.2 Chairman asked to maintain the pupils’ performance and improve the results.
Action : All English teachers

5.0 Paperwork and Aim of Meeting

5.1 Implementation of LINUS
5.1.1 Chairman highlighted the LINUS implementation is really important.
5.1.2 All teachers who teach Level 1 have to implement LINUS.
5.1.3 Teachers are reminded to write down different objective and activities for LINUS pupils
in their lesson plan.
5.1.4 Chairman reminded teachers to use LINUS module for future reference.
5.2 Decision for Exercise Books
5.2.1 Chairman suggested that all the teachers to use 2 books for exercise as before for
2017.

6.0 English Panel Activities 2017

6.1 Chairman suggested to have performance from one class every Wednesday.
6.2 The duration for each performance is not more than 10 minutes and each class will
take turns either to have solo or group performance. The schedule will be given to all
English teachers.

7.0 Other Issues

7.1 Chairman hoped all English Panel activities can be implemented successfully.
7.2 Chairman asked all the English teachers to help those pupils who are weak in English.
8.0 Meeting is Adjourned
8.1 The meeting was adjourned and the next meeting will be informed later.
8.2 The meeting was adjourned at 3.00 p.m.
