0 OPERATIONAL PLAN
Operational Plan is a detailed plan used to provide a clear picture of how a team, section
or department will contribute to the achievement of the organisation's strategic goals. It
describe milestones, conditions for success and explain how or what portion of a strategic
plan will be use in the operation during the operational period, in the case of application,
a fiscal year or another given budgetary term. An operational plan is the lowest
management part and justification of an annual operating budget request.

4.1 THE OBJECTIVE OF OPERATIONAL PLAN AS FOLLOWS:

 To provide high quality of product and services.


 To ensure the operation of the business runs smoothly.
 To maintain consistency and stability in our service.
 To optimize the customer satisfaction and fulfil their expectation toward
our ability to serve in high quality services and less waiting time.

Arora Sport Trading Sdn. Bhd operates 6 days a week and 10 hours every day. On
every Sunday and some of public holidays, this company will closed.

 Analysis

As per the layout above, the entrance and space for visitors to walk is limited because
space provided is not big enough and the way to crowd because of people getting in and
out will disturb the customer who want to make a payment and the customer will become
uncomfortable.
4.5.1 PROPOSAL FOR THE NEW LAYOUT

 Recommendation
The space of the shop must been renovated for extra-large and the counter put in a
middle for make it easier to customer make a payment. The shop will be more free
spacious and can add more collection of sport ware.

MANPOWER PLANNING

Based on business dictionary, manpower planning is defined as an estimating or projection


skill required over time project and detailing on how and when they will be acquired.
Manpower planning that determined the planned rate of production per day of the particular
section of job. It is important to determine what total amount of salary that needs to be given
the workers. We discussed that the worker is from outsiders.

4.9 QUALITY CONTROL

Quality means customer needs is to be satisfied. Failure to maintain an adequate quality


standard can therefore be unsuccessful. But maintaining an adequate standard of quality also
costs effort. From the first investigation to find out what the potential customer for a new
product really wants, through the processes of design, specification, controlled manufacture
and sale.

5.0 RISK MANAGEMENT

Risk management applies to many aspects of any Arora Sports Shop. Business is
subject to internal risks (weaknesses) and external risks (threats). Generally, it can be
control internal risks once you identify them. However, external risks may be out of
your control.

Not all risks to Arora Sports Shop come from negative sources. Risks may come from
positive sources, or opportunities. Expansion and growth are opportunities, but they
also bring additional risk.

The ultimate goal is to minimize the effects of risks on the Arora Sports Shop. One of
the most important investments you can make in your sport shop is creating a business
plan, especially when identifying risks. Creating a business plan will help you assess
risk areas, those areas impacting your ability to continue business and to grow.

The continuation of your business, in the event of any risk, should be addressed in
your plan. Look at anything that could halt, slow, or affect the revenues of your sport
shop. List these risks, rank them in importance, and look at potential costs. Identifying
and assessing risks is something that will require time and should be revisited
periodically. Be sure to schedule time in your calendar to identify areas of business
risk.
5.1 PERSONAL INJURY AND TREATMENT RISKS

Arora Sports Trading are all about making people feel comfortable to use sport ware. But the
materials of the cloths and other equipment creates the environment where accidents and
injuries can happen in any moment without we realize. Accidents that results in injuries
particularly those that could have been prevented with better controls often result in lawsuits.

Major and minor injuries to both clients and employees can be caused by:

 Slippery floors due to the plastic of packaging

 Burns from iron or jarment steamer

Apart from injuries caused by typical slips and falls, it also face risks tied to the professional
services that are providing. Because the nature of your business requires physical touching,it
also have to guard against the perception of any inappropriate physical contact with clients.
The equipment also must have SIRIM certified and be check regularly to avoid any accident.
A broken equipment also can lead to short circuit and fire.
