SURVEY RESULTS:

This is to declare that the surveyor, JOSEPH LEWIS, has performed the examinations and tests related to the remarks
and deficiencies as stated in this report. At the of completion of survey the vessel was found to be with existent
areas requiring improving / upgrading and the surveyor recommends as follows: all sounding pipes and void spaces
be labelled and bent compression bars to be repaired.

RECOMMENDATION: Annual endorsement of current certificate.

NOTE:- REMARKS- Represent areas of concern which could lead to deficiencies if not addressed by owner and or
captain in a timely manner. These areas shall be specifically targeted and re-inspected during performance of the next
periodic survey attendance for rectification or improvement.

DEFICIENCIES- Form the basis of recommendations endorsed on Short Term Conditional Certificates or the non-issuance
of initial or renewal survey certificates and must be addressed without delay. It is the owner and/or captain’s
responsibility to inform surveyor/ class/ flag when these deficiencies are rectified for re-inspection.

N.B: Sounding pipes cups repaired.

This is to declare that JOSEPH LEWIS has examined and confirmed all items of this report and the inspection was carried
out in accordance with the requirements of the International Load Line Regulatiuons, 1966
