Resumen:

El presente escrito tiene como objetivo realizar lo siguiente: (I) explicar por qué el hombre
es un ser social por naturaleza y qué es la justicia desde la filosofía de Aristóteles y desde la
lectura de Patricio Tierno. (II) Explicar la ley 100 desde el punto de vista del jurista Ernesto
Díaz. (III) Examinar la crisis del sistema de salud en Colombia según Carlos Álvarez y
Martha Flórez. (IV) Para finalizar, evaluar qué debería hacer Colombia para mejorar su actual
servicio de salud desde un punto de vista aristotélico. Para desarrollar lo propuesto se tiene
en cuenta la obra de Aristóteles, Ética Nicomáquea, libro V, y el artículo de Patricio Tierno,
La Concepción de la Justicia Política en Aristóteles, para explicar la noción de justicia
distributiva. Además, se utiliza el texto Política, libro I, para exponer por qué el hombre es
un ser social por naturaleza. Por otro lado, para explicar la crisis del sistema de salud en
Colombia se tienen en cuenta los artículos La Crisis del Sistema de Salud y Justicia
Distributiva, de los periodistas Carlos Álvarez y Martha Flórez respectivamente.

Abstract:

This text aims to follow the next structure: (I) explain why man is a social being by nature
and what is justice according to the philosophy of Aristotle and the reading of Patricio Tierno.
(II) Explain law 100 from the point of view of jurist Ernesto Díaz. (III) Examine the crisis of
the health system in Colombia in accordance with Carlos Álvarez and Martha Flórez. (IV)
Finally, evaluate what Colombia should do to improve its current health service from an
Aristotelian point of view. To achieve the above this work uses Nicomaquean ethics, from
Aristotle, book V, and the article of Patricio Tierno, The Conception of Political Justice in
Aristotle, to explain the notion of distributive justice. Moreover, it uses Politics, from
Aristotle, book I, to expose why man is a social being by nature. On the other hand, to explain
the health system crisis in Colombia, the articles The Crisis of Health System and Distribute
Justice, from journalists Carlos Álvarez and Martha Flórez respectively, are considered.
