 Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate in
any stream and PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGDM / MBA / CA / ICWA / CS OR
 Bachelor’s Degree in Law with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) OR
 Graduation in Computer Science OR Graduation in Engineering / Science /
Commerce / Economics with Maths  and one year Diploma in Computer Science
from a reputed institute with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST)
 B.E (Civil) or D.E (Civil) with A.M.I.E with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST)

Manager Grade 'B' 

 Graduation with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Economics /

Econometrics / Statistics / Operations Research / Industrial Relations / Labour
Management / Social Work / B.E / B.Tech with CA / ICWA / MBA / PGDBA /
PGDBM / PGDM. with 3 years experience.

The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) was established on April 2, 1990 as a

principal financial institution for the promotion, financing and development of industry in the small

scale sector and to co-ordinate the functions of the institutions engaged in similar operations. Now the

bank has been inviting applications from top-talented and dynamic personalities for the post of

Assistant Manager and Manager in their network. The essential details of this recruitment project

are listed below:

Job Details:

Scale of Pay: Rs. 11250-22500/-

3. Should possess atleast 3 years of work experience along with one year in the field of forex /

accounts / Risk Management / Industrial Relations /Labour Management / Energy Management / Clean

Technologies /Environmental Science
