Award – is the reward given to an employee in recognition of exemplary performance in fulfilling the
task assigned to him/her.
Communication System – is the technique of interacting through the use of symbols or codes.
Compensation Package -is any form of payment given to the employees from their employment such as
salaries, pay benefits , etc.
Effectiveness – is the degree of achieving a certain objective or goal with the targeted problems to solve.
Employee Morale – is defined as the well-being of a person and its overall outlook during work hours in
its workplace.
Financial/ Benefits and Incentives – is the supplement to wages or pay that employees get from working
in an organization.
Non-financial/Benefits and Incentives – is the supplement to wages or pat that the employees get from
working in an organization, consisting paternity/ maternity leave services, personal benefits, retirement
benefits, etc.
Job Satisfaction – is the feeling of pleasure or contentment arising out of a person towards its fulfilment
on his/her job.
Performance Evaluation -is an activity initiated by the management to guarantee that the tasks are
worked out according to the plan.
Promotion – is the act of the employee being raised into higher position.
Recruitment – is a function in which the management hires a qualified men needed in an organization.
Security needs – are the security of job and income as well as the policies and pension arrangements.
Working Condition – is the physical condition, mental demands, human resource demand of the working
place.
