CONCLUSION

For the last words, we can say that mankind need to create more technology that can
change our world to better life or better condition. As we can see nowadays technology more
harmful and damaging ecosystem badly. So in this paragraph we can show that our case
study has shown one of the technologies is capable of changing the way development to
make better life. BubbleDeck company has shown us the way to construct the bubble from
early part to the end of construction. They also get recognition/certificate from Green
Building Index (GBI). We took example from bubbledeck website Malaysia that they said
“During the construction of the Millennium Tower in Rotterdam, the amount of transport was
reduced with approximately 500 truck loads. Number of lifts was reduced with 50%, and the
erection cycle was reduced from 5-4 days. All values in comparison to the original proposed
project with hollow core elements.” These sentence proved that they can reduce pollutions.

Last but not least, green building its not just a house or big residential building that
have trees surrounding, its wide meaning of it. It means, Green Building/Green
Construction/Sustainable Building refers to both a structure and the application of processes
that are environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout a building's life-cycle,
from planning to design, construction, operation, maintenance, renovation, and demolition.
Also we can see a lot of benefit of green building such as, protecting biodiversity and
ecosystems for environment, create market for green product and services for economic
benefit, and minimize strain on local infrastructure for social benefits.

Now, we should consider the goals of green building. Of course, one of the main
goals is to make the earth more sustainable, but it really does go deeper than that. When we
decide to go green, our goal will be to actually help to sustain the environment without
disrupting the natural habitats around it. When we start a building project, and we disrupt the
natural habitats around it, we can actually make an impact in the wildlife and environment
that will be much like a butterfly effect. Even the smallest changes that you can make will
help to promote a better planet earth, and a better place for us all to live, not just us humans,
but also the plants and wildlife that take up their residence here on earth as well.
