COMES NOW, accused minor, Erika Orcasitas, through counsel and unto this Honorable Court most
respectfully manifest that:

1. On April 30, 2018, counsel for the accused minor had filed a Motion to Quash Amended Information
which had been filed through registered mail on the same date;

2. As such on this date, May 2, 2018 on the hearing for the Pre-Marking of Exhibits the undersigned
counsel is submitting the advance copy of the said Motion and for the Honorable Court to admit the same and
be set for hearing on May 4, 2018 at 8:30 in the morning;

3. This manifestation is filed due to the constraint in the distance of this Honorable Court and that of the
Office of the undersigned counsel.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully requested to note this Manifestation and to Admit
the Advance Copy of the Motion to Quash Amended Information and to set the same for hearing on May 4,
2018 at 8:30 in the morning.

Other relief and remedies are prayed for.
