Mega M4 Water Pumps
The Mega M4 water pump is an open centrifugal water pump designed for use in mining
and construction water spraying equipment where bad water quality, intermittent flow
W rates, widely varying pressures, and inconsistent incoming water supply are common.

T • Standard stainless steel 13 inch diameter impeller provides over 100 psi available water
E pressure and over 1200 gpm available water flow.
R • Standard stainless steel impeller withstands harsh and contaminated waters.
P • Heavy duty high quality castings better withstand shock loads, vibration, and high heat
common in heavy equipment applications.
U
M • Heavy duty shaft and bearing set improves life of the pump in severe duty applications.
P
• The standard pump drive is configured for direct mount of a 'C' fit face hydraulic motor
S with splined shaft. The pump can also be configured for plain keyed shaft external
coupling to a variety of drive motors.
• Mega M4 series water pumps incorporate tapped lifting point attachments and jacking
points for ease of handling and service. Large 6 inch flanged inlet for flooded suction
and 4 inch flanged outlet for simple sturdy connections.

MEGA M3 Water Pumps
The Mega M3 water pump is a cost effective open centrifugal water pump suitable for general water tanker
applications where up to 3 spray heads will be operated simultaneously. The low horse power draw of this
pump is suitable for on highway type tankers as well as small articulated tractor type water tankers where
W available space is limited.

T Pump construction of high quality gray cast iron gives good durability and long life. The heavy duty
stress proof 1.875 inch diameter shaft and heavy twin bearings allow for high speed operation providing
E exceptional pumping performance in a small package.

• The pump is capable of over 800 gpm available flow, and over 80 psi available pressure.
P • The standard pump drive is configured for direct mount of a 'C' fit face hydraulic
U motor with splined shaft or with ‘B’ fit face direct motor mount. The pump can
M also be configured for plain keyed shaft external coupling to a variety of drive motors.
P • This pump is available in both Clockwise and Counterclockwise configuration.
S • Mega M3 series water pumps feature a 4 inch NPT threaded inlet and a 3 inch NPT threaded outlet.

S Originally patented in 1976 the MEGA Corp. Spray Head Valve is a combination water control valve
and fully adjustable fan spray nozzle that produces a flat, dense variable spray pattern. The rust
P proof, anti clog, cast aluminum housing permits variable flow rates up to 700 gpm each. Spray fan
R direction, volume and width are easily adjustable by hand. Mega spray head valves are available in
both pneumatic and hydraulic models to accommodate any heavy equipment application.
