Project Title: VFS GLOBAL PVT LTD.

Project Description:

VFS Global is the world's largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments
and diplomatic missions worldwide. The company manages visa and passport issuance-related
administrative and non-judgmental tasks for its client governments. With 2266 Visa application
Centers (VAC) and operations in 127 countries across five continents. VFS Global serves the
interests of 51 client governments. The company has successfully processed over 100 million
applications since its inception in 2001.

VFS being one of the huge account with HP uses .Net for end to end implementation for Visa
application processing, which involves integration with other external online application such as
Revenue Interfaces, Lidpro , Passport scanning and other related web applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Customizing and configuring various entities, forms and fields.

2. Troubleshooting to find the issue.
3. Import Data and preparing reports to clients.
4. Creating automation tools and installing those as windows services.
5. Playing major in rollouts.

Supporting Projects:

Project: Revenue Interface Application (Revenue)

The purpose of Revenue Accounting project is to automate revenue accounting process for all Visa
Application Centers (VAC), Facility Management Company (FMC) partner locations and any other
profit center under all entities of VFS for all VFS locations (e.g. Head office/ regional office). VFS
revenue accounting for all the countries remains the same. However, holiday calendar, Embassy /
FMC Partner revenue recognition requirements, local tax components etc. may be different for each
country, state, region or defined area / city.

Revenue Interface system used to collect income entry from different VACs.

Further data will be validated and output file will be created in specified format

Project: Lidpro work flow.

The main objective of this project is to Work Flow of LIDpro Application Process which is followed
manually by the Admin, Super Manger, Manager and User.

The system is to provide an online solution that will allow the LIdPro application Admin, super
Manager, Manager and Users across the globe to achieve the following functionalities

Responsibilities

1. Creating Users and assign roles.

2. Creating workflows asper business requirement.
3. Troubleshooting to find the issue.
4. Assign the issue to proper team.
