3. Customize/Configure our Nokia Client requirement(CRM System)

Org Model has comes up with 4 Elements..


a. Org Unit: This will be used to configure org specific data like Company code, Geo, Countries,
Mkt ,sales and service org including sales office and team.
b. Position: Position will be used to create various positions of the employees(Designations)
Mkt Mgr,sales mgr,VP etc..

C. Employee: Using this employee we can assign employee to positions.


d. User: using this user element we will assign user names and passwords to employees.

Configure Nokia Org structure step by step…

Introduction:

1. Log into sap crm system.

User: sapuser
Pwd: basis123

Press enter.. then you will enter into SAP Easy access menu.
IMG(Implementation Guide):
Log into IMG(tcode:SPRO)

Path: Easy access menu -> Architecture and technology -> Configuration ->Configuration.

In this version we will sample/demo for every area. You will not find any sample data.

Configure Nokia org structure.(tcode:PPOCA_CRM)


Navigation Path: IMG(tcode:spro) -> Customer Relationship Management ->Master data -> Oranizational
Management -> Organizational Model -> Create Organizational Model.

a. Configure Marketing Structure(Marketing Department information)

Create 4 Geo(APAC,EMEA,LA&NA,ANZ)
Select Company code/Root Node right click and click on create option..system will give a screen
where you can choose either you wanted to create new Org Unit/Postions.

4 Geos created..

c.Create 3 counties(India,Malasia,Singapore) under Asia Pacific…

Set up Marketing Structure under Country india….

Then goto Function Tab page and select Marketing organization Check box with the select of Marketing
Radio Buttion..

save it..
2. Configure sales structure(sales Department information)
Introduction:
Use:
Realtime process: if you goto any implementation when ECC is already implemented then sales
structure is configured in SD Module then this case we will replicate sales structure from ECC(SD)
through middleware.

1. Sales Organization: sales organization will be configured/maintained mainly for account


purpose.
2. Distribution Channels: A company product or services will be reached to customers through
various channels, all these channels will be called as distribution channels.
Example: Wholesalers, Retailers, Online, Factory outlets..
3. Division: A company objective of selling is maintained as division (or) A group of similar
products will be called as division.
Example: FMCG,Pharma, Hightech,
4. Sales Area: Sales area is combination of Sales org, distribution channels and division. These
sales area will be used in many areas of crm.(BP,Product,Transaction…)
5. Sales office: sales office is physical location where company products will be sold/managed
the sales operations.
6. Sales team/Group: A team of the sales employees will be called as sales team.

Configure the Nokia Sales structure…

1. Customize our own Distribution channels as per our Nokia requirement.


Path: IMG(tcode:spro) -> Customer Relationship Management -> Master data ->
Organizational Management ->Organizational data for sales scenario -> Define Distribution
Channels.

Click on new entries…


Click on save, when you save system will provide Transport request number later if you can
see all these TR in tcode:se10…

2. Customize our own divisions as per Nokia client requirement.


Path: IMG -> CRM -> Master data ->Organizational Management -> Division settings ->
Define Divisions.

Click on new entreis…

Save it..then Transportt request will be provided by system.


3. Create our own sales organization and assign above distribution channels and division to this
sales org.(tcode: ppoma_crm)
Path: IMG -> CRM -> Master data ->Organizational Mgmt -> Org model -> Change org model.

Then your org structure will be displayed..then select Nokia India Pvt ltd org unit and right
click and click on create option..
then system will provide one more org
unit under this Nokia india pvt ltd..and rename as Nokia sorg india…

Goto Function tab page..and select Sales org check box…

if you didn’t select


this check box system not will recognize this org unit as Sales organization…
Goto Attribute tab page and assign your distribution channels and division information…

Click on symbol then system will display all the distribution channels information then
you can which are fall under this sales org…

If you wanted add more distribution channels you need to click on + symbol..then it will copy
the above data then you can remove and add your own Dist channels save it..

Assign divisions also same way..

You need to select check box to create all


required sales areas.
If you select this check box system will create all sales area automatically..

4. Customize all our sales offices and sales teams as per Nokia requirement.
Select your Nokia Sorg India then right click and create a new org units to create sales
offices…
Then choose Organizational Unit then system will provide a new org unit and rename as
Nokia sales office Hyderabad save it..

Goto function tab page and select sales office check box and save it..

No need to assign anything in Attribute tab..


Create same way other sales offices as per client requirement..

Create sales team/sales groups under sales office…


Select Sales office Hyderabad create 2 sales teams one is for Mobile and other one is for
FMCG…

and choose org unit and create a new org


unit and rename as Nokia sales team Mobile save it..

Goto Function tab and select Sales Group check box..save it..
Same way create all other sales teams also as per your client requirement..

Create couple of postions(designations) under sales teams…with the selection of Postion


(Sales Head, RSM,Sales vp, sales mgr)
Select Nokia Sales Team Mobie right click on create …then choose positions..

double click on position ..as mentioned

Create all required position as per your requirement..

Configure our Nokai client Service structure(service dept of the information)


1. Service Org: Maintanace Plant in ECC.
2. Service Team: Team of the service employees will be called service team.

1. Goto Org Nokia org structure and configure service organization.(tcode:ppoma_crm)


Path: IMG -> CRM -> Master data -> Org mgmt -> Org model -> Change org model.

Select Nokia India pvt Ltd Org unit…and right click create new org unit…

Goto Function Tab page..select Service Oraganization check box with select Service Radio
button..

Save it..
Note: No need of assign any attributes for service org/Mkt Org…
Create service team and relevant position in service organization…
Select Nokia India service org and right click choose create org unit to create new service

goto Function tab page and choose Service team


check box and save it..
Employee:
Introduction:

a. Create our own new Employee in BP topic.


Create a new employee with the name of Asish Gupta(Mkt Head)(tcode:/nbp)

Select BP Role : Employee

click on create button to crate a new employee..


Firstname: Ashish
Last Name: gupta

Click on save it..

As soon you save any employee system will provide ID for every employee.. 415091….
b. Assign these employee to respective positions in org structure(tcode:ppoma_crm)
Select position where you wanted to assign this employee…

click on assign to assign asish employee record to this


postions…select Business Partner

Save it..
Same way assign all other employee to relevant postions..

USER.
Introduction: User will be created and managed by Basis consultant(not by crm consultant)
Once basis people
Use:
a. Create our own User (tcode:su01)
Path: Easy access menu -> Architecture and technology ->System administration ->user
maintaanance -> user

Ashish gupta wanted to log in to crm system then he required a user and pwd…
then provide all other
details like firstname, last name etc..save it..

goto log on
data tab page..and provide password for this user and save it..

b. Assign this user to employee/position.


Goto org structure(tcode:/nppoma_crm)
Select Ashish Gupta employee record and right click and click on assign…
Tupel:

Sales Area: sales area is combination sales org, dist channels and division. When ver you are crate
customer you this belong which sales areas.

BIGC Sales org india, WH, Mobile

Sales org India 2 2 =4

Wholesaler Mobile

Area distribution FMCG

System will prepare 4 combinations automatically when you sleect check box called Object permitted
determination.

Sales org India Wholesaler Mobile

Sales org india wholesaler FMCG

Sales org india Areadist Mobile

Sales org india Areadist FMCG

Check how many sales areas created in our Nokia example..(tcode:bp)

click on create person/organization s elect BP Role: sold to party..

Tupel: tupel is combination of distribution channels and division.

1. Customize our own tupels as per client requirement.


Path: iMG -> CRM -> Org management -> org data for sales scenario -> Define combination of
dist channels and division.

Click on new entries..

Save it..
Assign these tupels to our sales organization.(tcode:ppoma_crm)

Above sales areas you can check in BP (take bp role: sold to paty) and goto sales area data
button tthen you will see all sales aera…
2. Copy org structure relavant data from Devlement to quality system…

Note:
1. Identify all customizing Transport request numbers.(tcode:se10)
TR1 dist channels
TR2 Divsiion
TR3 Tupes..

2. Log into CRM 001 client(destination)


SCC1 tcode we will copy data using Transport request…

Then automatically all the data which is saved under this TR will get copied to
001(Target) client.
Note: if you wanted to check in 001 client goto that respective area and check is it
copied or not.. for example if you copy Dist channels data then goto Dist channels
area in 001 client and check…

3. Copy Nokia structure from 800 client to 001 client..


Note: Whenever you configure any org structure data in crm ,system will not provide
any Transport request hence it is not possible to copy this data between sap
systems. If you wanted to copy data between crm system, first you need generate a
new TR with the help of the standard ABAP report then only we can copy.

a. Create a New TR for our Nokia Org structure(tcode: se38)


If you wanted to generate any new TR for this org structure..there is standard
report called RHMOVE30 using this report will generate TR…
Program: RHMOVE30 and click on Execute…
Select all org unit/Postions in object ID filed.. and select Transport Objects check
box in Transport area..

Click on Execute… then one more screen will be displayed select all org unit by
click on this symbol
Click on Transport/Delete Button in Header…
Try to create you own TR

b. Copy this org structure using this TR


Log into 001 and use tcode: scc1 to copy this data..

Replicate ECC Sales structure data from ECC 800 client to CRM 001 client using Middleware…

Middleware: Middleware is part of sap crm functionality, using this functionality will replicate data from
ECC -> CRM, in this activity different types of consultant will be involved(basis consultant, crm
consultant, middleware consultant)

Being as functional consultant we will replicate required data from ECC - CRM or vice
versa…

Basis consultant Role:

ECC -800(IDES) ---> CRM 001(production)

1. Define Logical system 1. Define logical system.(tcode:sale)

CRM Functional Consultant Role in ECC sales structure replication…

1. Set up middleware parameter(CRM -001)


Path: IMG -> CRM -> CRM Middleware Related components ->communication set up
->Middleware parameter -> Define Middleware parameters

Double click on R3 Customer Fact sheet and order status

Click on New Entries..


2. Create site for ECC and assign ECC logical system.(CRM001).(tcode:SMOEAC)
Introduction:
Use:
Path: IMG -> CRM -> CRM Middleware related components ->Create sites and subscriptions.

Object Type: Site


click on create Object

Assign ECC Logical system details by click on Site Attributes Button…

click on OK button then assign ECC Logical system details..


3. Identify which sales structure you wanted to replicate from ECC(ECC 800)(tcode:ec04)
Log in to ECC 800 lcient..
Click on Org structure button

Then one more screen will displayed click on Navigation button..


Click enter to confirm message then..ECC all sales structures wil be displayed..
Then you can find out which structure you wanted to replicate to CRM system..
We would like replicate 1000 sales org(Germnay Frankfurt)

4. Replicate ECC sales structure data into CRM system(CRM001)(Tcode:CRMC_R3_ORG_Generate


Path: iMG -. CRM -> Master data -> Organiztional Management ->Data transfer ->Copy ECC sales
structure..
Note:

After selction of ECC salest structure data click on Geneate selected lines button to copy this data
in to CRM system…

and click on save button..


click on yes to save this data…
5. Check whether ECC sales structure data is replicated or not(tcode:ppoma_crm)
