The agency is establishing a media buying/ planning division


- Project lifetime: 3 months
- Project goals:
 Set the media buying unit processes and internal system
techniques
 Hire/ recruit the media team.
 Train the newer staff for the agency process and
systems
 Hire, develop and asses the agency software both for
media and accounting. Test the process and workflow.
 Set the media buying relations with the main media and
