Dear Atty. Lobrido, Jr.

Thank you for the quick response to our letter addressed to your
client.

It appears however that your client, with all due respect, is feeding
you wrong information regarding the nature of his occupation to the subject
property owned by our client. As proof, I am furnishing you the printed
portion of the conversation by your client Raul Javelosa a.k.a “KIKOY” to
Victoria Foster through Messenger in March 2011, Annexes “A”, “A-1” and
“A-2”. You can make your own conclusion based on the conversation.

Furthermore, our client is very confident that your client could not
present any piece of evidence that would support his claim about the
purchase on installment because there is none to begin with.

On this account, we are very sorry that your client’s proposal for
reimbursement is not reasonable much less any value proposed thereon
hence should be denied by our client.

Furthermore, kindly advise your client, Raul, to refrain from


preventing our client to enter into the premises of the subject property and
gain access to areas he does not occupy but has been in possession and
occupied by our clients and their caretaker ever since Raul was never born
yet in order to avoid further conflict and injury to any of the parties.
