Situation : M is a personnel manager. M sees N, a tour company manager, to discuss having a

company trip to Bali. They discuss about the places to visit, the trips to the locations, and the
financial matters related to the trip

M : Radit, N : Eka

M : Hi Mr Eka. How are you?

N : Hi Mr Radit, I’m fine, how about you?

M : I’m good, do you have time? I would like to talk and discuss something with you.

N : Sure Mr Radit may I help you?

M : My company has a plan to make a company trip to Bali, could you please arrange it for
me?

N : Of course Mr Radit, the best for you, well, on the first day after arrive in Bali you can
choose a hotel near Kuta Beach and spend the rest for the day
