Check Body Measures

A 49.5mm Outside to Outside Flange

49.5mm Across Gusset Bend Outside Edge

Check Lid Measures

Check gap on Lid corner is No Greater than

F 0.5mm

Test Threaded Hole with M6 Screw (2053).

Screw should be tight with no movement.

The screws should been tightened and

G untightened into a sample trunking length

with a calibrated torque screwdriver set at
2.5Nm.

Repeat test 5 times per sample and the

screw and threaded hole should not fail.

Ensure the turnbuckle fits the lid and

engages into the “locked” position when
fitted to the body with a positive CLICK.
H Body and Lid should not be able to be
pulled apart once turnbuckle locked.
