esmart installation for Windows

Below are the steps to install esmart in PC that uses Windows (Windows Xp, Windows
Vista and Windows 7) as its operating system.

1. Installer source for windows version can be downloaded at:

www.bnisecurities.co.id/esmart/download/esmart_setup.exe

Save the installer in the desired folder just in case that the installer is needed some
time. Click Save File button and you will get esmart_setup.exe file.

2. Click the esmart_setup icon , and a message window will appear as follow:

Click RUN to execute the installer.

3. Click Next ► to proceed the installation.

4. A License Agreement that has to be read will appear, choose “I accept the
agreement” and click Next ►

5. The setup is done, click Next ► to proceed the installation.

6. Installation process will run, wait until the process is finished successfully 100%.

7. Click Next ► to proceed the installation process.

8. Click Finish button.
Give a checklist () on View Readme File, if you want to display glance information

 Linux

esmart installation for Linux

Below are the steps to install esmart in PC that uses Linux as its operating system.

1. Installer source for Linux version can be downloaded at:

www.bnisecurities.co.id/esmart/download/esmart_setup_linux.bin

Save the installer in the desired folder just in case that the installer is needed
some time. Choose Save File button and click OK. You will get esmart_setup_
linux .bin file.

2. Run Application / Accessories / Terminal
Pointer your cursor to the folder where esmart_setup_linux.bin file exists. Make
sure that the file‘s permission is executable (+x), type on the terminal: ./esmart_
setup_linux.bin
If the installation manual does not appear after you completed the above steps,
may be you must execute user root (sudo/su).

After you complete the above processes, then a setup window will appear as
follow:

Click Forward to run the installer.

3. A License Agreement that has to be read will appear, choose “I accept the
agreement” and click Forward button

4. Click Forward to proceed the setup.

5. Installation process will run, wait until the process is finished successfully 100%.

 Macintosh

esmart installation for Macintosh

Below are the steps to install esmart in PC that uses Macintosh as its operating
system.

1. Installer source for Mac version can be downloaded at:

www.bnisecurities.co.id/esmart/download/esmart_setup_macos.dmg

Save the installer in the desired folder just in case that the installer is needed
some time. Choose Save File and you will get esmart_setup_macos.dmg file.

2. Click the esmart installer icon, and a message window will appear as follow:

Click Next ► to proceed the installer setup.

3. A License Agreement that has to be read will appear, scroll down and choose “I
accept the agreement” and click Next ►

4. Define a destination directory where esmart will be installed.

Click Browse to select the location or type the folder address directly on the
destination directory column.

5. Click Next ► then the installation process will run. Wait until the process is finished
successfully 100%.
Click Next ► again to proceed the installation process.

6. If the installation process has succeeded, then a window will appear as follow.
Click Finish button as the end of installation process.

esmart Mobile installation

Minimum specification:
• Handphone, PDA, Blackberry (Support Operation System minimum version 4.5)
• Has internet connection (at least GPRS)
• Has JAVA application (J2ME 2.0)
• Windows Mobile (at least 6.1 version), or Android (installed JBlend), or
Symbian (support J2ME 2.0)
• Setting APN (Access Point Name) according to provider used

How to Download & Install:

Download the esmart mobile application via web by using the cellular/smart phone’s
browser. Follow the steps and guidelines and then you will get a shortcut of esmart
application. And the shortcut will be saved in download directory or depends on
each cell phone used.

1. Blackberry:
• Choose web’n’walk / browser
• Browse to web: http://www.bnisecurities.co.id/mobile/
• Choose
• Click Yes every time a dialog window appears
• esmart mobile will be installed automatically
• esmart shortcut/icon will appear in download directory

2. Nokia:
• Go to web application
• Activate the internet through GPRS/EDGE/HSDPA/others according to the
provider used
• After the connection is active, choose navigation options
• Choose Go to web address
• Browse: http://www.bnisecurities.co.id/mobile/
• Choose
• Choose yes or next
• esmart mobile will be installed automatically
• esmart shortcut/icon will appear in application/download directory

3. Sony Ericsson:
• Go to internet services application
• Activate the internet through GPRS/EDGE/HSDPA/others according to the
provider used
• After the connection is active, choose search
• Choose enter address
• Browse: http://www.bnisecurities.co.id/mobile/
• Choose go to
• Choose download
• esmart mobile will be installed automatically

Trouble While Login

1. Check the internet network by browsing to the updated Web.

2. If you use office’s internet network (LAN), make sure these ports are open:

a. 443
b. 62229
c. 63339
