ROLE:-
To obtain optimum level of sales by promoting the KUDOS products through your team of field
personnel with the help of inputs in the form of product information folder /leave-
behinds/order book etc. and make best use of our Advertising campaigns in Television & News
Papers.
To enhance the company’s image in the eyes of Retailers and the Trade by sharing the
company’s objective and by generating good will.
RESPONSIBILITIES :-
You shall be responsible for supporting Kudos with activities as defined by the management.
For such purposes, you shall render to the company the required services and use best efforts
to accomplish the stated objective as may be assigned to you from time to time.
PROBATION :-
You will remain on probation for six months from the date of joining and this period may be
changed as per your performance
YOUR SERVICES SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:-
Driving Sales Management processes through your Team. YOU will also be responsible for
the planning and achieving the monthly sales target for your zone/area, you will drive the
team, so that each manager achieves his targets individually and thus contributing to the
growth of the company.
Study of Market potential, Market share to plan zonal/area objectives & allocate Targets &
budgets accordingly in the Zone/Area.
Emphasizing on field activities in terms of customer (Retail-outlets/ Doctor/institution)
coverage, Repeat coverage, call average and thereby driving 100% field compliance in your
Area/Zone
You shall be responsible for maintaining the required stock at all Super Stockiest
/Distributor Level, keeping in mind that as per Kudos policy we are not taking returning
back any saleable stock i.e. Stock once sold will not be taken back.
You shall be responsible for the payments from Super Stockiest/Distributor on times as per
invoice value. Kudos will not be responsible for any outstanding from market.
To drive policies and initiatives taken at HO to the field in the language or manner in which
they understand and implements.
Key Customer Management. you have to prepare a list of Selected/potential customers in
your area/zone who can give regular /sustained business to the company.
Development of your team for future high responsibilities and to ENGAGE them in the
company with their career plans.
To contribute practical aspects to HO (Competitor activities/new product/new
therapy/new innovative packing/sudden shift of customers/unexpected season/demand
change etc.) in Designing Marketing campaigns and strategies.
COMPANY PROPERTY:-
On cessation of employer employee relationship for any reason whatsoever from the company,
you will return all Company's property and documents in your possession like promotional
material, product literature, training manuals, stationery, ETC
COMPLIANCE TO RULES:-
You will observe and comply with all the provisions of this letter, any other rule, policy,
instruction or communication which is intimated to you from time to time.
SECRECY:-
You will maintain secrecy and not divulge or make public any matter relating to the company’s
transactions, dealings or plans that are of confidential in nature without the prior written
consent of the management, except under legal duress. It is important that you continue to
strive for excellence every day. You are the Ambassador of KUDOS located at different parts of
India.
