We, the 3rd year Information Technology Students of Negros Oriental State University (NORSU),
started our Systems Analysis and Design subject course this semester. As a requirement of this
subject, we are required to make a system as our final project, and with that, we are tasked to
make a website for all Dental Clinics in Dumaguete City.

As we roamed around in Dumaguete City, we found many dental clinics and yours is one of those.
We are humbly asking for your approval to make you as one of the dental clinics to be featured
in our website and with that, any possible client that would visit our website can easily look for
dental clinic and can set automatically for an appointment.

Furthermore, we would also like to ask for the lists of your services for the clients to choose for,
and contact number or email address so that they can contact you or set an appointment.
