Base material: Base Metal Thickness (BMT) of 0.42 mm with a minimum yield strength** of 550 MPa.
ZINCALUME® steel: The sheet shall have a hot dip metallic Aluminium-Zinc alloy coating of Aluminium
(55%) & Zinc (45%) & with total mass coating of 150 gms/sq.mt on both side as ZINCALUME® steel AZ150
Conforms to Australian Standard AS 1397.
COLORBOND® steel: It is pre-painted ZINCALUME® steel, factory painted and oven baked, conforms to
AS/NZS 2728 class 3-4
 COLORBOND® XRW steel: Top coat: Super polyester paint finish of nom. 20 µm over 5 nom. µm
Corrosion inhibitive epoxy primer. Reverse coat:5 µm polyester paint finish over nom. 5 µm corrosion
Inhibitive epoxy primer.
 Optional* offer: COLORBOND® XPD steel, COLORBOND® ULTRA steel and COLORBOND®
METALLIC steel.

]PROFILE:

TRIMDEK® OPTIMA profile sheet shall be having 1015 mm effective cover width, nominal 28.5 mm deep ribs
with
Subtle square fluting in the five pans at nominal 203 mm centre to centre. The end rib shall be designed for
Anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap.

Standard: ZINCALUME® steel, COLORBOND® XRW steel in standard colours.

Non-Standard*: COLORBOND®XPD steel, COLORBOND® ULTRA steel and COLORBOND® METALLIC steel
