in a media roundtable event with
DeKalb County Police Department,

The event was held July 25 at the
DeKalb County Police Department
headquarters at West Exchange Place
in Tucker.
The purpose of the event, according
to DKPD, was to develop a better
working relationship with community,
media outlets and police departments.
DeKalb County unit commanders
spoke briefly about their specific roles
of their units.
“This gives us an opportunity to get
to know each other and helps us learn
how we can serve our communities
better,” DKPD Chief James Conroy
said.
At the end of the roundtable, media
professionals were given a tour of
DeKalb Police headquarters.
