Art. 415. The following are immovable property: pigeon-houses,
(1) Land, beehives, buildings, fish ponds or roads and breeding places of similar nature, constructions of all kinds in case their owner adhered to the soil; o has placed them or (2) Trees, o preserves them plants, and with the intention to growing fruits, have them permanently attached to the while they are attached to the land or land, and form an integral part of an immovable; forming a permanent part of it; (3) Everything attached to an immovable the animals in a fixed manner, in these places are included; in such a way that (7) Fertilizer actually used o it cannot be separated therefrom on a piece of land; without breaking the material or (8) Mines, deterioration of the object; quarries, and (4) Statues, slag dumps, reliefs, while the matter thereof forms part of the paintings or o bed, and other objects o waters either for use or ornamentation, running or placed in stagnant; o buildings or (9) Docks and o on lands structures by the owner of the immovable which, in such a manner that though floating, it reveals the intention to attach them are intended by their permanently to the tenements; o nature and (5) Machinery, o object to remain receptacles, at a fixed place instruments or on a implements river, intended lake, or o by the owner of the tenement coast; o for an industry or works (10) Contracts which may be carried on for public works, and in a building or servitudes and on a piece of land, and other real rights which tend directly to meet the needs over immovable property.
