мобилизационная команда. Данная команда состоит из 15 человек, включая геодезистов.

Surveyors will study and mark the coordinates of the mobilization area on site. Prior to commencing of
any work, existing and possible underground structures and installations will be checked by surveyors
with relevant drawings. The locations of such installations will be marked and barricaded wherever
necessary to not to damage.

The mobilization areas for Lafarge Cement Factory Construction Site are decided as 2 zones:

Мобилизационные зоны для строительной площадки Цементного Завода Лафарж делятся на 2

зоны:

1) The Office Zone

Офисная зона
2) The Camp & Warehouse Zone

8) OFFICE ZONE
Офисная зона

As shown in Figure 1, the office zone will be installed on a previously stabilized area. An area of about 50
meters long per 40 meters wide was reshaped to install the offices and set up the parking area.

The office zone includes main staff office, safety-quality offices, recreation hall, driver room, guard
house, sub-contractors area, car parking area and access roads. When needed, room modules can be added
to the zone. All facilities were made out of insulated marine containers especially fitted for rugged
conditions. All office rooms will be heated with electric baseboard and have their own thermostat for
temperature control. The office zone was made to accommodate a 30 m x 20 m garage in the central area,
as shown in Figure 1.

Specifically, the roof insulation of the containers will be done by suitable insulation materials such as
mineral wool and water membrane. These works will be performed with a life line installed on the roof of
containers. The supports will be welded for the life line which has a diameter of 12 mm steel wire. The
span length will not exceed 10 m. Please see Figure 6 for the details.

9) CAMP & WAREHOUSE ZONE

The camp zone will be installed inside the covered with boundaries and adjacent to Suppliers’ Camp and
Limestone Storage, with an access by Gate No 3. The camp zone is showed in Figures 2. Once mobilized,
the equipments and materials will be parked at the camp location where a 10000 square meters pad is
prepared.

The camp includes 2 dormitories, 2 canteens, a locker room for workers, a first aid room, beside a
machinery workshop, warehouse and a stock area (20 m x 30 m). When needed, room modules can be
added to the camp. All facilities were made out of insulated marine containers especially fitted for rugged
conditions. All camp rooms are heated with electric baseboard and have their own thermostat for
temperature control.

For the diesel tank installation please see the Figure 8.

The warehouse and the machinery workshop will be made of steel roof and a concrete slab. The slab will
be poured following the stabilization of the base and necessary reinforcement. The roof and the walls will
be of steel profiles closed with trapezoidal sheets. The insulation will be done by mineral wools and vapor
barrier from inside. For the details please see the Figure 7.

Installation and Operation

The equipment consists of the following parts and components:

Bearing trunk, consisting of a set of tubular, conical, faceted sections of variable cross section, is
connected coaxially to one-piece unit.

The bottom section has a flanged hub for installation and mounting of the trunk to the basement (or seats,
replacing it). In the interior of the bottom section of the trunk there is space for installation of the winch
and electrical equipment panels. Access for maintenance of these units is provided through the hatch.

For organization of seats in the concrete foundation are used 16 bolts M24 x 910, 2 conductor plate of 4
mm thickness, 64 nuts M24. In the case of installation of the equipment on another foundation the
consumer can develop and implement a different method of fixation in 16 screws or bolts M24.

Assembly and Mounting

a) Assembly:

The assembly must be done in a team consisting of at least 2 people in the following sequence:

1) Bottom and top sections of trunk support lay on jack with the revision manhole upwards (Fig. 9). In
this case the section slinging should be produced either by nylon straps or steel ropes in a soft cover.
Open the revision manhole by dismantling the door;

2) Through the both sections pass the wire rope and connect it to the girder (Fig. 9), free end let out of the
revision manhole and insert in the tensioning device (hoist).

Figure 9

3) Mounting winch to consolidate with the mounting hole in the flange section of the bottom pole (Fig.
9). Put two marks by the marker (chalk) 470 mm and 670 mm (Fig. 9);

4) Overlap the axle and weld seams by using the winch, strictly observing the alignment, produce
contraction of the sections. The lowest edge of the upper section must reach a minimum mark of 470 mm.
Upon reaching the bottom of the upper section of the 670 mm mark, stop contraction of the sections. The
force of contraction should be 1600-3200 kg;

5) To ease the tension of the winch, remove the bolt, leaving the rope in the support.

6) Place the “coronet” on top of the trunk.

b) Mounting:

Assembly must be made by a team of at least three people (including the crane operator) in strict
compliance with safety regulations implementation of lifting operations in the following sequence:

1)To produce nuts and bolts training base by dismantling the upper nuts from the studs, bottom should be
screwed firmly to the foundation, and four nuts (two in perpendicular directions) to set the level at a
height of 15-20 mm from the top of the foundation (see Figure 10);

5) Loosen the tension of the sling by the crane.

6) Put the trunk bearing out on the survey equipment with the deviation from the verticality of not more
than 0,002 in two mutually perpendicular directions.

Types of slings to be used during lifting:

 2 pieces of 5 tons capacity, 5 meters long web slings.

 1 piece of 4 legged, 10 tons capacity, 5 meters long wire sling – each leg and hook on the ends
have 4.5 WLL tons capacity.

Work Sequence:

1) The web slings will be placed at the bottom of the tank.

2) The hooks on the wire sling legs will be attached to the ends of the web slings.
3) Tag lines will be attached to the load in order to direct the load.
4) The load will be lifted from the ground slowly about 25cm. first and conditions will be checked
one more time. The lifting will be carried on after crane operator’s approval.
5) The load will be directed by the tag lines during lifting operation.
6) When the tank is unloaded into the excavation, the slings will be removed.
