 You are required to set a vision and a mission statements for Enactus AUC
in the year 2016-17 from a Finance’s Committee Head Perspective.
 You are required to state your Objectives as Enactus AUC Finance Head.
 You are required to state your Strategies as Enactus AUC Finance Head.
 Prepare a SWOT Analysis for Enactus AUC 2015-16 term from a Finance’s
Committee Head Perspective.
 Provide a list of expected challenges to be faced and what are your plans
to avoid them.
 Prepare a Control and Evaluation and explain how you will participate with
the Finance Committee to achieve exceptional performance for the whole
organization.
 Provide a list of events for the whole organization throughout the academic
year in order to achieve the maximum output and goal of Finance
Committee.
 Explain in no more than one paragraph about the culture and the
environment you are planning to create in Finance Committee and how will
you personally contribute to the team spirit.
 Explain how you are planning to follow Enactus AUC vision of developing
its members until they are able to develop others.
 Provide a list of strategies stating your contribution to Enactus AUC core
objective, projects.
