    RE : SECRECY OF DOCUMENTATION FOR APPLICATION NO HALAL20180423-113245(PR)

    Refer to the above matter, this letter relate to our disclosure to you of certain confidential
    information, including information disclosed by or on behalf of us to you during the halal JAKIM
    application process.

    You are permitted to use the Confidential Information to share information for halal JAKIM
    application purpose ONLY.

    For the period of application, after the disclosure by us to you of the Confidential Information, you
    must not do any of the following without our priority written consent:

    1. Disclose any information regarding our raw material supplier to any third party, except your
    employees or professional adviser; or
    2. Use the Confidential Information for anything outside the scope of the permitted purpose.

    This obligation is private and confidential and we hope you do not violates these instructions.
