 Working in recruitment offered me a new view on team working as it is highly important to be able to rely on one
another for the best outcomes.
 I recognise it is important to work together as a collective and try to encourage those who may not be as confident
as others and offer my support to the team members that might struggle at times.
Problem solving
 Always make sure to take a different approach in solving a problem when I have to deal with customer queries and
