JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Implement safety work procedure in carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical,

electronic, RO unit and HVAC work in the school building.
 Regular inspection and update status of fire alarm system and safety devices in
school building, to ensure correct response of alarms.
 Conduct smoke test regularly, inspect facilities or equipment for regulatory
compliance.
 Check pressure and weight and update Monthly of portable fire extinguishers.
 Conduct regular safety inspection in school together with the ARAMCO safety
inspector and coordinator and prepare the written report and submit to our
Supervising inspector, Home Ownership Community Development Dept (HOCDD)
and (LPD) Loss Prevention Department.
 Prepare report on all inspection with regard to safety, and to be submitted to all area
inspector of ARAMCO and Supervising inspector.
 Recommend safety and correct measures to ARAMCO inspectors, to ensure quality
maintenance of school building and protection.
 Participate and implement the proper safety during the connection of AC wiring
from DDC panel to Fire Alarm System in School.
 Participate in School AC commissioning.
 Conduct Tool box talk, weekly safety meetings and Monthly safety presentation with
all SABGSD-CASC area Foremen and employees.

FUNCTION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 Reports directly to the site manager and is responsible for the correct application of
the health, safety and environment management procedures.
 Responsible for basic health safety and security aspects of the work to be resolved
and fixed with the client HSE organization.
 Prepare Hazard Identification Plan prior to the project start up.
 Permit to work oriented such as Hot Work, Cold Work and Confined Space Work
Permit.
 Assisted in this task by the construction contractors and subcontractors safety officers.
My main task are to:
 - Prepare Risk Assessments/Job Safety analysis for various activities.
- Update HSE Plan or issue additional safety procedures if necessary.
- Perform daily inspection at construction site to verify conformance with the
approved HSE programs.
- Issue instructions to correct any unsafe conditions.
- Implementation and follow up corrective actions.
- Performing regular audits to monitor the effectiveness of the system.
- Prepare weekly inspection reports for submittal to the site manager.
- Chair the weekly safety meetings with the safety personnel and instructors and/or
advices the work safely.
- Obtain from the construction contractors and subcontractors in the conjunction
with the site manager, a satisfactory cleanliness/housekeeping of the site.
