Toga Price List:
Baccalaureate Degree: Php 2,000.00 (inclusive of Php 1,500 refundable deposit)
Master’s Degree: Php 2,700.00 (inclusive of Php 2,000 refundable deposit)
Doctorate Degree: Php 2,800.00 (inclusive of Php 2,000 refundable deposit)

Undergraduate Studies Graduation Rehearsal / Claiming of E-tickets
(The Forum, Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City)

14:00 – 16:00 (Rehearsal)
 Attendance in the Graduation Rehearsal is a must for those participating in the
Commencement Exercises at the PICC
 The Graduation Invitation Program and E-tickets will be distributed after the
Graduation Rehearsal
 Each graduate is entitled to two (2) E-tickets. Lost E-tickets will be charged P250.00
each.

Claiming of Academic Attire (The Vendure- 5th Flr. Henry Sy Sr. Hall)
07:30 to 08:30 Graduates with surname starts with letter A-L (all colleges)
08:30 to 09:30 Graduates with surname starts with letter M-Z (all colleges)
 Upon entry to the University, students must wear their DLSU ID. A list of graduating
students is provided to the Security Personnel, thus, there is no need to go to the
Information Table.
 Student must present their DLSU ID and original copy of deposit slip for Toga
payment upon claiming of academic attire
 A proxy (with letter of authorization and original copy of the deposit slip /ID) may
claim the academic attire
 Students must inspect if a complete and correct set of the academic attire was given
 Students must fit the academic attire immediately outside the venue. Only those
with wrong specification from what was indicated will be replaced by the supplier.
 The claiming of academic attire will start and end as scheduled. Academic
attires not claimed within this schedule may be claimed at the supplier’s office
(Cattleya’s / 102 Ipil St., Marikina Heights / Alma Maicon / 933-2881 / 941-2994).
 Student who will not follow the schedule will not be accommodated and will have to
claim their toga to the supplier’s office.
 Students without academic attires will not be allowed to join the Baccalaureate
Mass and the Class Picture-Taking

photo/video coverage at PICC

  The order of picture-taking below shall be strictly followed. Late comers cannot be

Returning of Academic Attire and E-tickets

Baccalaureate Mass 08:00 to 18:00 (2nd Floor Enrollment Services Hub - Lobby)
13:00 to 14:30 (Most Blessed Sacrament Chapel, St. La Salle Hall)
 This activity is intended for the Undergraduate (Bachelor’s Degree) Students
 Student must wear their DLSU ID upon entry to the University no need to go through
the Information table, a list is provided to the Security Personnel on duty to all gates
ONLY
 Students should be in their academic attire over semi-formal wear
 Proof of payment (payment of academic attire) and ID must be presented to refund
the deposit
 There will be no awarding of medals during the Baccalaureate Mass  For every day of delay in returning the academic attire, an additional rental fee, an
additional rental fee Php 500.00 will be charged. This should be returned at

Master’s and Doctoral Programs.  E-tickets and Academic Attire must be returned on these dates to ensure prompt
 Students should be in their academic attire over semi-formal wear delivery of your Diploma, Graduates who did not return their e-tickets will be
restricted to request any documents (TOR, Certifications i.e.).
