THE SCHOOL HEAD

TVL-SHS

Dear Sir I Madam:

The Department of Education Central Office through the Bureau of

Learning Resources will provide tools and equipment for Technical
Vocational and Livelihood Track for more effective teaching and
learning process to develop the required skills of the learners and pass
the assessment for the National Certificate.

The major concerns of this program are the following: (a) the readiness
of the recipient TVL-SHS in terms of the availability of the TVL
workshop or other physical facilities that are secure and safe to house
the tools and equipment and serve as the instructional laboratory; (b)
the availability of the sufficient electrical connectivity 'to accommodate
the required power load of the equipment; and (c) the area of the
farmland that will be used for the practical work of the Agriculture
and Horticulture related specializations.

In light of this concern, we are conducting a quick school readiness

survey to gather concrete information for accurate decision-making.

It will be highly appreciated if the accomplished survey questionnaire

will be transmitted to this Office through email blr.cebu@deped.gov.ph
or Fax number (032) 255-3005 on or before July 4,2018.

Should you need additional information m answermg the

questionnaire, please feel free to contact the following numbers:
Landline (032) 255-3633 to 35; Fax (032) 255-3005 and mobile

Your full cooperation to speed up in facilitating this survey IS

earnestly requested.

Thank you
