8. Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja
Industri Mikro dan Kecil menyerap tenaga kerja sekitar 10,3 Juta
(70%), industri Menengah 700 ribu (5%), dan industri berskala besar
3,8 juta (25%);
Cabang industri yang menyerap tenaga kerja dalam jumlah yang besar
yaitu, makanan minuman dan tembakau (4,7 juta orang), TPT (3,1 juta
orang), dan barang kayu dan hasil hutan lainnya (2,5 juta orang);
Pertumbuhan kredit perbankan untuk sektor industri mengalami pertumbuhan positif dan
semakin besar dalam 3 tahun terakhir
