 1. Introduction

The purpose of this document is to outline the Business Requirements of TOKENS

DIRECT website.

Upon Signoff of this document, Ameex and Tokens Direct are committing to the
implementation of the proposed requirements, corresponding milestones, and deliverable
commitments. It is essential that each description of Business Requirement written in this
document is understood by both Ameex and Tokens Direct, such that expectations are
completely met and accurately documented. This document will serve as critical input in
preparing the Functional Specification Document for the implementation.

2. Overview

TOKENS DIRECT is a division of Osborne Coinage, a private mint that began producing
coins and tokens in Cincinnati, OH in 1835. After over 170 years of business, Tokens
Direct knows the process of minting custom and stock tokens that result in crisply detailed
impressions with accurate dimensions that exhibit electrical and weight consistency
throughout every batch. The quick turnaround helps customers avoid expensive express
freight charges. Stock tokens ship the next business day, custom tokens in 5-10 days.

Tokens Direct needs to design their current website to draw in prospective members,
customers and business partners, provide a clear pathway of information to members and
potential members, and inspire the site visitors to act.

2.1 Business Requirements List

This section lists business requirements for the application(s) in scope.

Tokens Direct wants to build their own website directly targeting the
end customers and, to make their system more mobile responsive. For
achieving the same, Tokens Direct will buy a third party Magento
Responsive theme after consulting and finalizing with Ameex.

 Ameex will make branding changes [Welcome message, Logo, Banner
Images, Slider images], changing background colors, minor CSS
changes and font changes.

Layout changes and interchanging of layouts will not be covered in

this estimate.

BR 1.1 Header Main Site- Header SOW

The site name Tokens Direct will be shown in all the pages of the
website. The website header will contain Tokens Direct Logo, Default
Welcome Message, Search Option, Utility Menu and Main Menu.
BR 1.2 Header Logo SOW

Tokens Direct Logo – Clickable and to be redirected to the Home

Page. Tokens Direct can upload the logo image.
BR 1.3 Header Default Welcome Message SOW

A default message as specified by Tokens Direct will be displayed at

the top left corner of the page.
BR 1.4 Header Search SOW

The search icon will be available on the right side to the menu ribbon
as shown in the theme.

On clicking the search icon, search box appears.

Tokens Direct requested for search using both item number and item
description. Spinx search will be used and Tokens Direct need to
purchase a plugin for the same.
BR 1.5 Header Utility Menu SOW

Top of the Page, to the right of “Logo” is the utility menus

The Utility menu has the following 5 options:

 My Account- Under this menu option, the account details of the

user will be displayed and edited when required.

  Compare List- List of products placed for comparing them will
be shown here. This menu will be displayed only when items are
added to the list.

 Sign In – Existing users can sign in using their social

accounts/registered accounts and check out their orders.

 Create an account – The user will have another option ‘Create

Account’ where the user needs to fill the details such as ‘First
Name’, ‘Last Name’, ‘Email Address’, ‘Password’, and
‘Confirm Password’. An email will be sent to the end user once
the account is created. The end user will be able to login to the
system using the created credentials.

 Sign Out – Once the customer signs in , the Sign In and Create
an Account will be replaced by Sign Out. Clicking this will help
the customer to log out from their session.

 My Cart – Shows the list of products added to the cart and are
ready for checkout.

o Guest User- These are the users who can buy the
products available without having a registered account.
They can add products to cart and do a multi-page
checkout similar to registered users.

BR 3.2 Home Page Slider: SOW

The home page will have a slider which will show 3 images.

Tokens Direct will give Ameex the images that are to be placed on the
slider. The images will be a clickable image and will be redirected to
the below three pages.

BR 3.3 Home Page Banner: SOW
Tokens Direct wants to display four banner.

Sections that needs to be shown on the banner images are:

This section will display the bestselling products in carousal.

Three products will be displayed at a time with the navigation key to

view more. Clicking the products will take them to Details page.

This section will have a full width banner for Stock Design.

This banner will be clickable, on clicking will be redirected to the Stock

Design page.
BR 3.6 Home Page News SOW

Tokens Direct will add the news about tokens in the News page.

The latest three News will be shown in this section with the navigation
key to view more.

The listing section will have 3 items available under them:

There will be three types of product listing page:

Token Photos

This page acts as the catalogue to the products that Tokens Direct ever
created.

Customers can view the token design pictures and their name. On
clicking the pictures will lead to their details page.

They have the below two filter options:

 Material

Listing
This page displays two types of products:
1. In-Stock Products
2. Mix & Match Products

The will have 4 types of filter options:

o Availability (In-Stock / Mix & Match)
o Material
o Size
o Use

1. In-Stock Products

These are the products available for purchase in Tokens Direct. They do
not allow customization.

On clicking the pictures will be directed to their details page.

Customers can view product’s name, price and short details. They can
add them to Cart and to Compare list directly.

 2. Mix & Match Product:

These are products that can be customized with no extra charge.

On clicking the pictures will be directed to their details page.

Customer can view product’s name, price and short detail. They add
them to Compare list directly and on clicking Add to Cart will take
the user to details page.
They cannot directly add them to cart without going to details page.

Dies to be printed on front and back die can be chosen from the available
designs in the details page.
BR 4.3 Product Stock Designs SOW
Listing
These are designs that user can use in the Mix & Match product.

On clicking them will be directed to their details page.

The will have 2 types of filter options:

 Size
 Use

This page will have design image and design name.

Detail Page
There are four type of details page:
1. For products in Tokens Photos page
2. For In stock products in Products page
3. For Mix & Match Products in Product page
4. For tokens in Stock Design page

Tokens Photos

When customers click on the token photos they will be directed to this
page.

Customers can only view the below details:

 Token’s Design image
 Details (like, Name, SKU, Description)
 Can also contact the Tokens Direct for more information
 Can view how to design the custom token

Clicking the pictures will show the picture in full screen.

 Ameex will remove features (like,. Add to Cart, Add to compare list,
Email to the friend, Social Media Icons and Review features) for Token
Photos.

BR 5.2 Product In Stock Products SOW
Detail Page
When customers click on the In-Stock products’ photo from the product
page they will be directed to this page.

Customers can view the below details:

 Token’s Design image

 Details (like, Name, SKU, Description)
 Quantity & Price chart
 Multipliers will be displayed, basis on which quantities can be
increased

Quantity – The minimum quantity will be displayed initially, they can

be incremented or decremented with multiplier quantity. (say if 1000
is minimum quantity, and multiplier is 100, quantity will be increased
only to 1100, 1200 and so on, or decreased from 2000 to 1900, 1800
and so on. Cannot contain any other numbers like 1099 or so)

Clicking the pictures will show the picture in full screen.

Social Media Icons- All the social media icons mentioned by Tokens
Direct will be. Customer will be able to share the product where ever
required.

The product can be added to the ‘Compare’ functionality from the

product detail page.

The functionality such as ‘Email to the Friend’ needs to be

implemented.

Tokens Direct needs the below tabs to be shown in the product detail
page:

 Details- As shown in the demo theme.

 More Information- As shown in the demo theme.
 Reviews- As shown in the demo theme.

BR 5.3 Product Mix & Match Product SOW
Detail Page
When customers click on the Mix & Match products’ photo from the
product page they will be directed to this page.
Customers can view the below details:
 Token’s Design image
 Details (like, Name, SKU, Description, Material, Size)
 Quantity & Price chart
 Multipliers will be displayed, basis on which quantities can be
increased

Quantity – The minimum quantity will be displayed initially, they can

BR 5.4 Product Stock Designs SOW
Detail Page
When the token design in the Stock Design page is clicked it will be
redirected to a details page.

Customers can view the below details:

 Multipliers will be displayed, basis on which quantities can be
increased

Clicking the pictures will show the picture in full screen.

Ameex will remove features (like,. Add to Cart, Add to compare list,
Email to the friend, Social Media Icons and Review features) for Stock
Design products.

Tokens Direct needs the below tabs to be shown in the product detail
page:

 Details- As shown in the demo theme.

 More Information- As shown in the demo theme.

The ‘More Information’ tab will display the list of sizes this design
could be made.

On clicking the ‘See the list of products’ button the page will be
redirected to the product’s page with the filters (the sizes available and
Mix & Match) being selected.

On clicking the this product will take the customer to Mix & Match
details page.

BR 6 BR 6.1 Account Account Dashboard SOW

Dashboard
This page will contact registered user’s details such as:
 Contact information (Email, Phone, Address)
 Company details
 Shipping Addresses
 Billing Addresses
 Past Order details
 Current Orders details
 Reviews
 Offers

BR 7 Contact Us Contact Us Page SOW

This page will contact Tokens Direct’s contact information.

It will also have a form that can be filled by the customers in case of
any queries.

BR 8 News News SOW

Ameex will create the News page and migrate the news from the current
site.
BR 9 About Us About Us Page SOW

The details to this page will be migrated from the current website.
BR 10 Cart Add to Cart SOW

The user (registered or guest) will have an option to add the selected
product to cart.

The products can be added to Cart using the button that will be placed
for the In-Stock products in the Product’s listing page and for both In-
Stock and Mix & Match products in the Product Details page and also
in Bestselling products section.

Tokens Direct wants to implement mini cart, shopping cart and

checkout in the same way as available in the demo theme.

The products added to cart will be added to another page ‘Shopping

Cart’ where the details of the products such as ‘Product Name’, Unit
Price’, ‘QTY’, ‘Subtotal’ are given.

Also, there will be an option to change the quantity within in the

shopping cart page. Another option ‘Remove Item’ will be available to
remove the particular product from the shopping cart.

In the shopping cart page, there are another two options ‘Continue
Shopping’ and ‘Update Shopping Cart’. Continue shopping is to
continue purchasing products before checkout and this will redirect to
home page for the customer to browse more products.

Also, other options within the checkout page is ‘Apply Coupon’. This
is an option to purchase the products with a discounted price. During
some seasons, Tokens Direct will give their products at a discounted
price, Tokens Direct will send an email with the coupon code. The
user at the time of checkout will enter the valid coupon code and the
grand total shown will be the price after the discount.
BR 11 BR 11.1 Checkout Multi-page Checkout

In the shopping cart, there will be a button ‘Proceed to checkout’ and

on clicking that the customer needs to enter the ‘Billing Information’
details such as ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, ‘Address’, ‘Company’,
Telephone’, ‘Fax’, ‘City’, ‘State’, ‘Zip’, ‘Country.

 Another two radio buttons ‘Ship to this Address’ and ‘Ship to Different
Address’ will be available.

On clicking continue’ the details like ‘Shipping Information’, ‘Freight

Details’, ‘Shipping Method’, ‘Payment Information’, ‘Order Review’
will be provided for the customer to enter.

NOTE: Default Multi-page checkout functionality will be

implemented.

BR 11.2 Checkout Multi-step Checkout SOW

Tokens Direct wants to use the default multi-page checkout:

Checkout steps in the pages one after another.

A button to complete/confirm the order.

Apply coupon code will be available at the checkout page.

Quick Cart is also available in the checkout page. This will enable
customers to add new product using the SKU# at the time of checkout.

Guest check out is also available.

BR 11.3 Checkout Apply Coupon SOW

This is an option to purchase the products with a discounted price.

During some seasons, Tokens Direct will give their products at a

discounted price, Tokens Direct will send an email with the coupon
code.

The user at the time of checkout will enter the valid coupon code and
the grand total shown will be the price after the discounted price.

BR 11.4 Checkout Quick Cart SOW

The quick cart functionality will be same as the existing website.

User will be able to add the product with the help of OCC# (Item
Number) even at the time of Checkout.

On clicking the add button, the product will be added with the minimum
quantity, post which the user will be able to increase the quantity in the
same page.

 BR 11.5 Checkout Shipping Method

Tokens Direct wants to show the below shipping methods to their

customers to deliver the purchased products.

In order to deliver a product purchased from the website, a customer has

to opt for the shipping methods that are available in the site. To provide
this functionality to the customers, Tokens Direct needs to use the
following shipping methods:

 UPS
 Fedex
BR 11.6 Checkout Payment Gateway SOW

The following payment gateways should be displayed when the end

users log into the system:

 Authorized.net

Both Credit Card and Credit Terms(only for Tokens Direct Authorized
users) payment method will be available.
BR 12 SEO SEO and Performance Optimization (Basic) SOW
functionality
Ameex will do optimization and manage SEO URL redirects (301,
302).

Quality
Analysis Ameex will do Unit Testing and System Testing.
