Title - Understanding training process at

Paharpur- 3P

Summary – The project aims at studying the

systematic process of training followed in the
organization. After assessing the training need of
the organization, it was compiled and training
calendar for the year was prepared. Training
programs were organized as per the schedule
and feedback from the trainees was evaluated
for further improvements. Also the effectiveness
of the training session was measured with the
help of questionnaire.

SHORT TERM PROJECT – Fortis la Femme

Project on the NABH audit of Fortis La Femme –
Purpose was to support audit processes of
various departments at the hospital. It included
maintenance of the documents and execution of
all the audit related activities, especially aimed
to increase awareness and employee
