Part 1 : Login EISUconfig software

Step 1: Connect LAN cable between EISU MIP port and laptop LAN port.
Step 2: Open Eisuconfig software

Step 3: Click “scan server IP”

Step 4: Wait a few seconds, Then IP will be obtained and show it in right interface

Step 5: Input password(11111111),and then click “login”

Step 1: Login EISUconfig.( See specific steps Part1)
Step 2: Select”Serial Port Management”, Select "MCOM" Click “Read Serial Port Para”.
Step 3: Select "Current Function---Intelligent Analysis".

Step 4: Click "Select DLL File".

Step 5: Select” ZXDU68_T601_v1.0G.so”file.

Step 6: Click "Set as Smart Port”set MCOM port.

Step 7: Select "Header+Frame Tail(Hex)".

Step 8: Click "Set Serial Port Para”, Settings "MCOM " smart Port .
Step 9: Click "Yes”.

Step 10:Show”The device must be restarted after you have setted all parameter”.
Step 11: Click "AppRestart”,Restart EISU.

Step 12: Click "Yes”,restart EISU APP.

Step 13: Relogin EISUconfig.( See specific steps Part1).

Step 14: Select”Serial Port Management”, Select "MCOM" Click “Read Serial Port Para”.

Step 15: Click "Change Serial Port Para",check port parameters.

Data needs and picture consistent, If the data are inconsistent, modify the parameters.
Step 16: Select”Smart Channel Date”.

Step 17: Click”Read Data”.

 If the "3" position display " DI-3000=1": Monitoring module failure, check the wiring.
 If a large number of data, device is working properly.

Step 1: Login EISUconfig.( See specific steps Part1)
Step 2: Select”Serial Port Management”, Select "COM3" Click “Read Serial Port Para”.

Step 3: Select "Current Function---Intelligent Analysis".

Step 4: Click "Select DLL File".

Step 5: Select” 1002ProtocolZXDT22.so”file.

Step 6: Click "Set as Smart Port”set COM3 port.

Step7: Click "Change Serial Port Para” Set port “RS232” to communicate.
Step8: Select”RS232”.

Step9: Click”Apply”set COM3 “RS232” to communicate.

Step10: Select "Header+Frame Tail(Hex)".

Step 11: Click "Set Serial Port Para”, Settings "COM3 " smart Port .

Step 12: Click "Yes”.

Step 13:Show”The device must be restarted after you have setted all parameter”.

Step 14: Click "AppRestart”,Restart EISU.

Step 15: Click "Yes”,restart EISU APP.

Step 16: Relogin EISUconfig.( See specific steps Part1).
Step 17: Select”Serial Port Management”, Select "COM3" Click “Read Serial Port Para”.

Step 18: Click "Change Serial Port Para",check port parameters.

Step 19: Click "Read”check”Device in the DLL”value must “1.”

Step 20: Select”Smart Channel Date”.

Step 21: Click”Read Data”.

 If a large number of data, device is working properly.

Part 4: Set VAS—“PowerManagerment”

Step 1: Login EISUconfig.( See specific steps Part1)
Step 2: Select”VAS Configure”.
Step 3: Click "Read VAS".

Step 4: Select " PowerManagerment".

Step 5: Click "Remove VAS”,delete “PowerManagerment”.

Step 6: Click "AppRestart”,Restart EISU.

Step 7: Click "Yes”,resart EISU.

Step 8: Relogin EISUconfig.( See specific steps Part1).
Step 9: Select "VAS Configure”.

Step 10: Click "VAS List”,show all VAS, Check whether to delete "PowerManagement".
Step 11: Click "Load VAS”,Download” PowerManagement”.

Step 12: Select " PowerManagerment.so”.

 If solar device link EISU COM3 port,you must select “Solar-COM3-- PowerManagerment.so”.
 If solar device link EISU COM1 port,you must select “Solar-COM1-- PowerManagerment.so”.
Step 13: Click "Open”,download “PowerManagerment.so”file.

Step 14:Show red word.Please restart EISU.

Step 15: Click "AppRestart”,Restart EISU.

Step 16: Click "Yes”.

Step 17: Relogin EISUconfig.( See specific steps Part1).
Step 18: Click "VAS List”,show all VAS, Check whether to download "PowerManagement".

Part 5: Downlaod “Config_Solar.sjb”update package

Step 1: Login EISUconfig.( See specific steps Part1)
Step 2: Select”Device Management”.
Step 3: Select”File type”---“Update package”.

Step 4: Click "Open file”.

Step 5: Select " Config_Solar.sjb”file.
 If solar device link EISU COM3 port,you must select “Solar-COM3-- Config_Solar.sjb”.
 If solar device link EISU COM1 port,you must select “Solar-COM1-- Config_Solar.sjb”.
Step 6: Click "Open”.

Step7: Click “gin Downlo”,donwlaod “Config_Solar.sjb ".

Step8:Show “Download is completed.”.

Step10: Click "Restart” ,please restart EISU.

Step10: Click "Yes”.
