REPORT
THE OWNERS MANUAL FOR THE DETECTOR PROVIDES ACCURATE INSTRUCTION AS TO HOW THE UNITS IS CALIBRATED. THE
MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD BE PRESENT AND FOLLOWED. BE SURE TO REMOVE THE FLOW VALVE AFTER USE, AND CHECK
THAT THE CYLINDER IS NOT LEAKING.

MSA Altair 5x has been calibrated according to the specification. Humidifier tube was used during test
for accuracy. All sensor elements are working properly

Retest. If the sensor still fails, complete an AFN and take out of service.
