Detailed Nature of Work

In-process Quality:

 Taking Care of Quality control for PCB assembly process in Surface Mount technologies, Through Hole
technologies and System integration for Robert Bosch, Ansaldo, Agappe, Ezetap , Wipro GE , NISA, HAL and
 many other Customer. 
 Responsibility to provide the buy off the process as per the product specification to fulfill the customer
 requirements. 
 Performing CTQ audit as per customer requirements of products to ensure high standards of quality of the
 product. 
  Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out with respect to product & Customer requirement. 
  Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets. 
 Monitoring the stage wise yield on daily basis and calculating the defect rate and taking effective corrective action
 and preventive action. 
 Providing weekly and monthly reports to manager on performance and improvement points are highlighted and
 monitored with action items. 
 Conducting Process Audit, Product audit and ESD audit and following the effectiveness of the corrective action
 and implementation. 
 Preparing COPQ trend analysis on monthly basis and taking the action on affected area to reduce the rework,
 loss of materials, line stoppage and scrap. 
  Maintaining Quality issue tracker for effective follow up of process improvement. 
  Identifying KAIZEN to improve quality of product. 
 Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of
 the quality management system. 
  Supervising & motivating the team people to complete the task. 
  Organizing Quality review meeting to discuss quality issue with relative department. 
 Performance appraisal for subordinates based on the efficiency, Technical knowledge, Skill and other
 requirement of job function. 
  Responsible to monitor the Internal Calibration status of Instruments and Equipments which are used in process. 
 Preparation of PPAP documents based on customer requirement
.

Out going Quality Assurance:

  Verifying the assembly of product as per defined process. 

  Inspecting sample plan of Level-I & Level-II as per IS-2500 as AQL=0.010 for production lots. 
  Inspecting 100% for proto - builds(Job work and NPI ). 
 Member in Cross functional team in QP-Sign off process to discuss DFM and Process related issue to avoid re -
 currence. 
 Raising CAPA for rejection and being an member to identify Corrective actions against the root cause. 

New Project Implementation:

  Member in the Cross Functional Team in APQP process to found CTQ. 

  Verifying Customer Document and monitoring the implementation of all customer inputs in internal Documents. 
 Involving in NPI process to avoid the quality issues in proto Build and submitting FAIR report to customers with
 DFM to increase the yield and to convert the project from Pilot to mass production without quality issues. 
 Involved in kaizen improvement for new project to promote the easy handling of PCBA and implement
 horizontally in the process for all product. 
 Reviewing of process and providing compliance certification to customers on their requirements (ROHS). 

Incoming Quality Control:

  Taking Care of Supplier quality issue related to PCB & Component. 

  For the supplier quality issues, Raised the SCAR for the relevant problem with proper evident. 
 SCAR is monitored and the implementation will be ensuring through document or during Audit
 schedule. 
 Inspecting sample plan of Level-I (Attributes) & Level-II (Variables & PCB)as per IS-2500 as AQL=0.010 

Achievements:

  Made ESD Protected Pillow to handle board in Stages to avoid damages. 

 Made practices of using ESD gloves in Shop floor to avoid Contamination in PCB & PCBA
