INSTRUCTION TO CANDIDATE

1. The candidate will submit the following with the form:

(i) Attested copies of Certificates & Marksheets from High School to Post Graduate.
(ii) Required Fee.
(iii) Ten (10) copies of synopsis simply bound duly signed by the Candidate, Internal &
External supervisor (if any) on each page.
(iv) Synopsis be submitted with covering page having title in Hindi, English, Name &
Address of the Supervisor and Candidate, Place of Research.

2. Incomplete Form will not be accepted for registration.

3. Registration Fee which is non-refundable, may be deposited after the synopsis is approved by
the RDC.

4. Every candidate, who is not enrolled in this University, must get himself/herself enrolled by
filling a separate Enrolment Form duly forwarded by the concerned Principal/Head of the
Institution and pay the fee alongwith the application form.

5. The candidate shall submit a certificate of attendance at the time of submission of the thesis.
