SRO END
Hindu Marriage Registration request is applied by the citizen through the MeeSeva
centers.. This request can be accessed by the SRO and processed. The processing steps and
screens are provided below.

Category Type B

Documents Required ♦ Application Form *

♦ Wedding Card
♦ Date of Birth Proof, SSC Marks Memo,
Passport, Birth certificate issued by Local
Bodies, Notary affidavit or any other proof(Both
Husband and Wife)
♦ Marriage Photo
♦ Residence Proof(Both Husband and Wife)

Note: The asterisk (*) denotes mandatory requirement of documents.

Procedure for Processing the Request at SRO End: -

♦ Select “Registration of Hindu Marriage Certificate

Certificate” from
rom Application Processing. It has been
depicted in figure 1.

♦ After selection of “Hindu
Hindu Marriage Certificate
Certificate” link, SRO Processing window will be
displayed. It has been depicted in figure 2

♦ Select From date and to date by using calendar controls as depicted in figure 3.

Note: - Here, to date must be prior to Current date.

♦ Select “Request Status (either All/

All/Application Received/Time Intimated etc...)”

♦ Click “Get Details” button to display requests as depicted in figure 5.

♦ All “Application Received” Requests are displayed as depicted in figure 6.

♦ Select the Request which has to be processed as depicted in figure 7.

♦ After selection of the request,
equest, request details page will be displayed as depicted in figure 8.

Note: - Here Edit Options are given all necessary fields

♦ Now, SRO Take Action either Intimate or Reject based on enquiry Report as depicted in
figure 9.

Note: - Based on SRO action (either Intimate/Reject), status (either Intimated/Rejected)

♦ SRO Selects intimate radio button for intimating to concern parties as depicted in figure 10.

♦ Now SRO enters appear date, Appear time and clicking on submit button as depicted in
figure 11.

♦ After Submission “Appointment date Intimated Successfully” message will be displayed as

depicted in figure 12.

Note: - Here, Concern parties received message like, “Please appear at Sub Registrar office for
marriage registration on DD/MM/YYY
DD/MM/YYYY between HH and HH with necessary documents”.

Note: -Now,
Now, the request is at “Time Intimated” status.

♦ Now SRO up load Missing Documents and click Missing Upload Documents Button as
depicted in figure 13.on

♦ Now SRO Enter Witness details and click Update details Button as depicted in figure 14.

♦ Now SRO Print Documents and Appendix.

Note: -

1. Now SRO fills all details on Printed Document and takes the signatures of wife and
husband.
2. Now SRO upload Signed Document, Photo and Clicking on upload button as depicted in
figure 15.

♦ After uploading uploaded successfully message will be displayed along with view certificate
button as depicted in figure 1

♦ After clicking on “View
View Certificate
Certificate” button, Hindu marriage certificate will be displayed as
depicted in figure 18.

Note: - Now SRO Print the Certificate and enter Volume Number and page number manually.

Note: - Now SRO Signs the certificate physically along with seal and hand it over to citizen.
