Effective this date, all outlet cashiers shall be primarily take charge in ensuring that the supplies
(cleaning, guest and other supplies) are efficiently utilized by each department. Below are the
guidelines:
a. During non-busy hours, outlet cashiers shall make rounds to all departments most
especially in housekeeping, banquet, service and kitchen areas;
b. Check if the departments abide by the standards of the hotel concerning supplies
utilization as properly described and instructed to them;
