SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

We, ALICE GO YANG, both of legal age, and with residence address
at 119 Sofia St., barangay 146, Zone 12, Balut, Tondo, Manila do hereby
NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE, THE ABIBAS LAW OFFICE with
office address at 2nd floor, manufacturers Building (MBI), Plaza Sta Cruz, Sta
Cruz, Manila, and ROLAND LAS PIÑAS to be my true and lawful
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT and to do and perform any of the following acts:

1. To submit and file our respective Position Paper and Reply before
the National labor Relations Commission in regard to the case filed against
us by MARY ROSE AGNO ZARAGOZA with case number NLRC NCR CASE
NO. NCR-04-07260-18.

2. To sign and execute any and all documents and instruments

necessary for the enforcement and protection of our rights and interests in
relation to the above labor case including but not limited to the filing of the
proper legal action/s in any court, quasi-judicial bodies, administrative or
government agencies for the said purpose, against any party or entity;

3. To secure from any agency or entity, public or private, all

documents, records or papers as may be necessary in connection with the
enforcement and protection of our rights and interests as regards the
aforestated purpose;

4. To appear as our attorney-in-fact in the of preliminary and

mandatory conferences, mediation, conciliation, arbitration and in the
general trial of any legal action/s in any court, quasi-judicial bodies,
administrative or government agencies involving the aforementioned rights,
or in any legal proceeding where our presence is required, with authority
to enter into amicable settlement or compromise agreement; to agree to a
simplification of the issues, stipulation or admission of facts and of
documents to avoid unnecessary proof, and/or the rendering of judgment on
the pleadings or of summary judgment, which shall be valid and binding
upon us; and

5. To delegate to any person, who may exercise in our stead, any or

all of the powers and authority herein granted to him, or substitute any
person in his place to do and perform for us the said powers and authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full

and absolute power and authority to do and perform all and every act of
thing whatsoever necessary to be done in or about the premises as fully to
all intents and purposes as I might or could do, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that said attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
