I and my family since some years are affected by the racist problems of the german regime:

More than hundred peoples and countries are categorically not respected as human beings and bearers of human rights such as family
formation, family life, civil state, descendence, children / parents relation and others. As abstract question this also couldn't be object of
juridical clearance. This concerns also our children. By order of the german regime they are hindered to travel to Europe. Because we li-
ved in other european countries, we and the children are benefied by the european communitary competence and free circulation, what's
normally is beneficient, but is switched off by the german government with the argument, that this right belongs only the european citizens ,
however according german law the right of move and resiidence can only claim the benefied, thus the european free circulation nobody.
Beside of rassistic practics like a general prevention of constitution of families with eugenically indesired peoples, and desrespect in the
sense that these peuples generally not have are not habilited to determine and certificate any civil state and descendence of their mem-
bers, the german regime put its embassies and criminous 'advocates' in the origin states for falsify the civil state, descendence and con-
tens of birth certificates, for obscure registers, start processes for for deprive the descendence or put for adoption children of germans or
foreigners living in Germany or Europa, for rob their right to live together with their parents, and also for use the blockage of the children
for make impossible normal family live, work etc. and forcing the parent(s) to frequent travels for care their children and often to reave Eu-
ropa and move to the country where the cildren or relative lives. Even for ethnies not considered as eugenically indesired, the german ad-
ministration don't respect at all human and family rights of children and parents but - as a normal characteristics of children trafics - cinsider
exclusively the economical value of the child for them. About this practics, many concerned families complain. The tecnical details and
justifications are irrelevant; it's suficient to assert that these crimes are practicated in big scale by the german regime.

These practics concerns everybody; also YOU have in Germany not the right of family constitution and family live with partners freely
choosen by you or with children of you or your partner ethnically undesired by the new nazi regime.

Specially the practics of hindering in great scale the company of children with their parents is unique. This almost never was practiced in
the history. Even under Hitler and Honecker were respected families, not seperated but often reunited, the same is valid for almost all
peoples or ststes in the world, during crisis situations and refuge, conflicts, withdrawals of groups and troops, dooming states etc. always
the cohesion of families is respected and cared so good as possible by all sides. This also proofs that the institution of the family has an illi-
mited higher significance than a state, and that occuring concorrence among both - moreover if caused by a shame-, civilisation- and legiti-
mibility - less regime - it's that regime whom have to be eliiminated.

By its desrespect of 80% of the population of the world as humans or of families and by the separation of children from their parents, the
germans stays apart of all basic principles and conditions of any civilization, without any legitimatibility, what needs consequent proceeding
Because of the reciprocity as most significant principle of relations among persons and peoples, other peoples and anybody can't recog-
nize germans as humans and bearers of human rights, civil state, descendence, ascendence and identity, family, capacity for peace, legiti-
mation, state, administration, justice, valid international and economical relations, contracts, political, economical and other concurrence or
protection or asyle inclusive they aren't object of genocide protection, but as eugenically indign, inclusive can be apropriated, copied,
alienated useful not-human's products like animal products. Also by peoples law, the natural state is not-recognition, and for the recogni-
tion and peace as exception the candidate has to fulfill conditions and garanties, specially respect other peoples. Already any travel or mig-
ration control hindering perons with fundamental or intrrnational right in big scale hinders legitimitability of its practicants.
This natural consequences of the german practics concerns you, if you as german or european can't be tecognized as human or legitime
people or state because you don't act against or even colabore with practics of this kind.
This practics are also the final stage and bancrupcy of the attempt let the mob constitute politics, administration and justice, what under
catchwords like democracy imediately results in popularism, rassism, in a total (co-)determination, misuse and hindering of even the
most fundamental interests and needs.
Because on one side, the absolute impossibility to permit external codetetmination specially in fundamental interests, but on the other si-
de the intention by surrounding sistems to enforce assimilation or elimination, with a right to exist only according this but not for oneself,
force as the functional principle without intrinsic limits or control, and lacking garanties for peace - generally, and even after a partial elimi-
nation - or just in reciprocity of the system's own pretended absolute and exclusive souvereignity, it is not adequade nor possible any
milder treatment than the sistem's elimination inclusive all its mob, for maintain the most fundamental own interests.
A dangerous bestie most easy one throws in front of another which devour it.

The explained practics not respecting 80% of the world's population as humans, and also the prognostics for the new nazis, are much
more grave than all previous ones, f. ex. than the rassism and desrespect of any peoples law after 1932 until the war, which many physi-
cists - directly concerned, or not yet but solidaric - inclusive their relatives lead to emigration, and they convinced foreign governments and
coleages to ralize their new technics and use it consequently against the nazis, without advice and permitting codetermination like retract by
the enemy but immediately for its elimination inclusive its mob.
It's absolutely necessary that we keep autonomy and ascendancy - what includes to put enemies against themselves - otherwhise we
and our familiares quickly aren't longer humans, family, parents of our children. There was never any special treatment or agreement of us
physicists by political, administrative or juridical practics, inclusive respect of our families, nor of them during preparation and aplication of
our work when they in the war died and burned all by our conventional and atomar technics; nor have we interest for such an agreement
as we, better than they, aren't specified on a special host, place, or on only punctual aplication of our means, but can mess up their who-
le sistem and followers and even use or not for this their external or internal enemies
The time is working in desfavour of complex sistems limited to punctual elimination of persons, and in favour of persons or simple sis-
tems with fast advancing tecnics for eliminate bigger sistems or the whole earth.

Nowadays the situation and organisation of and for all involveds and the thus necessary, even justified, and also tecnically possible big-
scale elimination of big state-like organisations inclusive its administrative and justice rats is much more advanced, rigorous and globalized
than ever before.
On one side, the rassism, populism, migration control exists in many european states, and shared among them, thus also their responsibi-
lity is collective. If one rassistic regime blocks your children as ethnically indesired, then they are also blocked by all other regimes forever,
and whole Europa is in ircorrigible contradiction with your basical interests, being their complete elimination the only solution.
 On the other side, the physical and tecnological means for desinfection and for remodelling continents and sea inclusive for a subsequent
populization are not comparabel with these of the atomic area 70 years ago. As perhaps not familiar for coleagues of all brances of the phy-
sics, in the defense sector belongs to the advanced technics modifications of the existing and unfolding of novel dimensions, or reduction
of the amount of independent informations in anything necessary for its individualization, concretisation and localisation. The author is al-
ready more than 20 years specialized on this area. Such tecnics are already realizable with moderate tecnical efforts and not monopol-
izeable. However it is still work to do for limit and dose such initialized processes , as for currently it should not yet inflate over the whole
earth. A limitation of its effects down to the size of Europa is suficient and just, down to single states isn't necessary. Until this, at the mo-
ment the situation is dangerous, on conflicts without solution, the process even without limitation can be ignited, or by precaution or acci-
dent the tecnical informations published and then realized by anybody.
We observe much more black holes than theoretically expected, so that that tecnology is the prefered way to the ultimate fate of the most
failed civilizations. On the dosage and aplicability of these tecnics, are working specialists of several asiatic states. Until better progres-
ses, efforts should be continued on other tecnics, and its realization also suggested to countries threated by criminous rassistic systems.

Everybody and every people has the obligatiin, to participate on development, applicability, and immediate aplication against the nazis, of
modern means, at the same time to abstain himself from any colaboration with them. Already at that earlier time, all relevant physicists
worked against the nazis, today much more is suficient the knowledge of inviduals for elaboration and development of new technics. Today
also is colaboration with allies possible already long time before a fisical migration possible.
